However there's still discussions going on for the fee. An £86m bid is currently submitted.

From a cash management standpoint, it would be a disaster mole.... that would be over 120 mil out with little coming in on the other side.

The club's finances would be upside down.

You'd do well to get your facts right before posting. Their net spend so far is less than £70m.

+£24m from the sales of Caulker, Parker, Dempsey and Huddlestone.
-£93m from the purchase of Lamela, Soldado, Chiricheș, Paulinho, Chadli and Capoue.

They're also owned buy Joe Lewis who has a wealth of over £2.7bn. Even if Spurs fail to sell Bale, there is no cause for concern financially.

Its not just Joe Lewis either.... he's just the head of the consortium that owns Spurs he's not the only backer funding the club.

Because Spurs have a prudent approach to transfers in recent years its gave off the impression that they don't have money its really not the case they just do business in a less loud way.

I'd be very surprised if, including this summer without the yet sale of Bale, Spurs have averaged more than £20m per season loss in the transfer market over the last 10 years.

They're waiting to sign a couple of other players Jibers.  Eriksen and a LB (trying hard to convince Coentrao).  Those 2 will cost them between 25+ mil (11 mil for Eriksen and 15+ mil for Coentrao or any other good LB for that matter).

£70 mil = €83 mil.  Add another 20-25 and you will be well over 100 mil.  120 mil was a bit much... but definitely around 110.

Also, just because the owners are billionaires doesn't mean they intend to make more than a certain amount of funds available to their football clubs... There is a strict budget i would assume.  Most non-sovereign, non-Russian billionaires actually pay attention to what they spend Seems to me like the Spurs investors are their to make a return... it's not some passion or play toy where they don't care.

I realise that but even so, Spurs are probably the best run club in the entire league as far as remaining competitive/ambitious and keeping their house in order goes.

They could easily spend the money mentioned and by fine, not like it matters as Bale will obviously go but they could do it.

Spurs have shit loads of money, they wouldn't be spending the bale money before it came in if they were on a budget or run for profit. They're not a misrun European team, they're a top English side. If one league doesn't have penny pinching owners it's England. We're well run.

You got caught out posting cack, yet again. Swallow your pride and stop slavering. Spurs are not in any trouble if they don't sell Bale. Their finances are sound, they're not regular massive spenders and one mega splash into the transfer market will not leave them in ruin like you seem to think.
