Nobody, just posted for jokes. Not sure what he has been smoking, its almost that time of year where we will be linked with every striker in the world.
I remember befroe we signed Cazorla, some random person on twitter said after Spain won the Euross Arsenal will sign a Spanish NT, and what happened? few weeks later we signed Cazrola.

Please, no one take it seriously. Further down his newsfeed he tweeted:
" Seriously? #Arsenal #ibrahimovic "
or something ridiculous like that.

Haha..Balotelli. As much as I'd love him, i can see him being sold in 2 season if he actually signed.
Everywhere he goes there seems to be an issue that develops. Could Wenger straighten him out? Who kows.

Not sure how l feel about this move. Wenger needs to have confidence in a player to give them games, lm just not sure hell play him much even if we do get him on loan

I think Carvalho may already have a release clause like that in his contract - I've seen it mentioned before, anyway. But probably he'd go for less. Don't know how much.
For a deeper midfielder I wonder if Arsenal will see if they can get Lars Bender again, this summer.

Re: The Official Winter Transfer Rumours Thread
Wenger "I don't know if we will do anything. We are on alert and if something special comes up we will not turn it down," he said.
"We are not desperate because we have a big depth in the squad, we have shown that. The midfield at West Ham and Newcastle United was completely different. We changed three players and had a very strong team."
End of thread. Unless we get Suarez or Messi for free we wont be in the market.
If Wenger does not buy a striker, he has no intention to win the league. Any Arsenal fan can see Giroud will not last 50 games and if he goes another 2 months with out scoring a we will be fighting for 4th place again.

Re: The Official Winter Transfer Rumours Thread
I agree that a striker seems necessary, but I don't think you can say Wenger just doesn't want to win the league if he doesn't buy one. Giroud has been pretty good as the main man, and while Podolski, Walcott, and Bendtner are not ideal back-ups for that position (at least not in the way Arsenal play) you can at least see the reasoning behind a reluctance to buy a player in January when there aren't many really good options available on the market, and there are a lot of places in the squad already filled with forwards.
Also Sanogo, Walcott, and Podolski have missed a lot of the season so far through injury.
How solid it would be if we could just swipe Remy out of his Newcastle loan. Wouldn't break the bank and he could be useful for seasons to come. But I don't think even the bad newspapers are speculating about that.

I know, but I hope we at least try our best to buy/loan a player. I really dont want to see Giroud play every game and Bendtner as back up.

You know things are bad(Giroud) when majority of Arsenal fans want Bendtner to start for us. Bring back Joel Campbell if we have no other option, I think Joel would be best solution to our problems. I’d prefer us not to sign anyone rather than sign someone shit & be stuck with them for the next few years.
I think Bendtner has been looking more dangerous on the pitch than Giroud, as sad as this may sound I hope Wenger gives Bendtner starting role for few games to see what he can do.

Ugh, I wouldn't want Balotelli. I don't like being linked to players like that. You just know he would cause trouble and leave relatively quickly.
A loan until the summer for someone like Morata is really the only option we have, if we do anything at all. I doubt we'll see any major transfer sagas at the club this January. Here's hoping for a cheeky Falcao bid though

I don't see why we don't try to lure Lewandowski. If the wages are right and we're challenging for major trophies then adding him to our squad could arguably put us in contention with the clubs he wants to join, Real Madrid and Bayern.

Dortmund would love to sell him to us but from what has been reporting he will announce he is signing with Bayern in few days. Its sad for for Dortmund, we Arsenal fans should know how that feels like. Lew would be perfect striker or Arsenal.
We can easily match his wages but he has made his mind up, even Wenger said he is joining Bayern.

Shame, reminds me of a right-footed van Persie. If he joins Bayern he'll match that description even more.

I say we make a bid for Rooney, and screw with United.
