Fantastic, I don't think we could have contained Yaya without him. The battles those two had were some of the highlights of the game.

Perhaps we should send Joshie there?

Anyone notice how much timer Matic always seems to have on the ball?

Newcastle closed everyone down as quick as they could, they almost robbed Lampard a few times of it but everytime Matic got the ball, he had loads of time because no one closed him down OR he just held them off like they were kids. Now that is a great quality to have in a CM.

Also, I love this guy already, he is the CM we needed since we sold him. Fantastic choice by Emanelo, I tip my hat to you, I wouldn't have done a good a job as this selecting a CM.

Duncan Castles (the one who's well, well informed with Mourinho's camp) said last month that José wanted him as soon as he came back but the club held off on it. If that's true, it's credit to him rather than Emenalo.

Who ever made the call, Kudos!
