Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Dortmund shock Hoffenheim with a narrow win
Good performance this time around from Dortmund, well apart from the appalling finishing and Subotic being awful. Many chances created, more goals will come once confidence is back, defensively didn't allow many chances with Hummels excelling.
Gündogan and Aubameyang had good games aswell. On to Berlin...

Gündogan was very good, if thats him just back from injuries then imagine what the guy can do when he is fully fit

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Yeah, they won with Mitch Langerak in goal even. Might be that Klopp will start him next match, too. (To be fair, he didn't have anything to do yesterday as Hoffenheim didn't exactly find the Dortmund goal throughout the whole match).

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Rwo is underestimating the intimidation factor of facing the mighty Langerak I see
Not surprised Hoffenheim couldn't muster a decent shot.

Intimidation factor? "He's such a cutie, they didn't want to shoot at him" might be a bit more to the truth

Hm... When I just read Art Morte's "But can Alexis do it on a cold, wet afternoon in Stoke?" in the PL thread, I wondered - which club in Germany could be used for a test like Stoke? Any suggestions?

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Can't say I'm surprised to see BVB winning after Weidenfeller is benched.
Klopp on the reason for his decision: "It was a gut feeling. Mitch has been waiting a long time, I decided to go for freshness. I wanted to have Mitch's smile between the goal posts."
'gut feeling' yeah right, more like browsing GL for pointers

Weidenfeller is old, an insufferable Stinkstiefel, has declined and needs to be benched as a signal.

Maybe we could use the Olympia-Stadion as wahretabelle.de gives Hertha as the team with the most fouls. If you survive Hertha, you should survive any other BL team, too...

good shout, as the Olympiastadion is also incredibly unbearably cold in winter, with the wind blowing right through the Marathontor into every inch of your bones

Bundesfodder refers to Schalke and Leverkusen in the last 16, of course. We all know what's coming
