Riviere. Newcastle's forwards always get a good goal tally.

Non of them lol.
If you're searching for a fourth midfielder get Siggy, he's cheap and is a sure starter in Swansea.

I find none of them very convincing, but might take Valencia in my team. Drogba at 6.5m seems worth a punt, too.
Few forwards priced this year between 6.5 and 7.5 that you can actually count on to get some decent points. Maybe Remy at 7.5, depending where he ends up playing.
On the other hand there are lots of forwards between 5.0 and 6.0 that could prove to be bargains. I'm tempted to take two forwards like that and spend big on midfield as there are like a dozen expensive midfielders who all seem good choices.

A must buy for everybody is Alexis Sanchez. FF have him listed as a midfielder, but I read Arsene plans on using him as a striker.

Re: GL Fantasy Football: 14/15 Season
taking a punt on Bojan as my third choice striker
had a team I was happy with, but after hearing how RVP would miss the start of the season I switched things up, got Rooney in, crazy how much of a difference 2 mil can make.

Sanchaz and Arnautovic ( Stroke City ) will play forward but are listed as Midfield in FPL.
Those who can afford should take them.

Arnautovic is 50-50 whether he'll play forward or an advanced midfield, but he could certainly be a good player to have. The trouble is that there are so damn many midfielders who to have. I'm bored so I'll list'em:
Sanchez: Duh, one of the biggest signings of the summer if not the biggest.
Ramsey: 9.0 could be a bargain if he can reproduce his form from last season (and stay fit).
Özil: Pretty good last season and the expectation is that he'll improve if anything.
Fabregas: The same as Ramsey, could be a bargain at 9.0m. Will play CAM for Chelsea right behind Costa, with whom he should link up well. Can score and assist a lot.
Hazard: In two seasons has proven to be among the highest-scoring midfielders.
Schurrle: Might even be 2nd choice striker at Chelsea and did himself a favour at the World Cup.
Mirallas & Barkley: Mirallas was the highest-scoring midfielder last season who now costs less than 8m and Barkley is at the moment the most chosen midfielder.
Gerrard: With Suarez gone, will take more free-kicks and takes all the penalties.
Sterling: Anything's possible.
Coutinho: Could be amazing.
Henderson: A certain bargain.
Silva: Probably the best CAM in the league and so many of City's attacks go through him.
Yaya: Magical previous season.
Nasri: Even this guy had 7 + 11 stats last season.
Mata: The Van Gaal factor.
Young: Just taking a jab at the United fans here.
Cabaye: Okay, sorry, Mole.
Erikssen: Was already fantastic last season and likely to do just as well. Costs just 8.0, too.
Lamela: Renewed hope under Pochettino?
Tempting: Arnautovic, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Snodgrass, Markovic, Januzaj, Gouffran, Shelvey, Sigurdsson.
I'm totally making this team selection too hard for myself.

Re: GL Fantasy Football: 14/15 Season
Bojan's worth a punt at 5.5, would rather get Austin in at 6.0 if you could squeeze him in. Kagawa? I personally think he'll get a lot of game time, but as second choice to Mata.
This is what my team looks like atm
might drop Debuchy for someone else since he's a card magnet but cheapest way into L'Arse's D. Content with that team, only sharing it because I know I'll change it 20 times before the start.

Don't count on Valencia is my suggestion.
West Ham just do not score goals. And if they score, it's Nolan.

Re: GL Fantasy Football: 14/15 Season
Lol RG, this is a competition. Lending a hand only goes to a certain extent.
I'm also not that settled on my team, but I think it's good for now.
My player to look out for this season is Eriksen. Could get you some really good points. He didn't play in the WC and presumably had a fresh, well-trained off/pre-season. So check that one out.
Bojan could be worth it as well. And Marc Albrighton at Leicester
I went with Özil over Ramsey but I'm still pondering over that decision since Özil never performs when he is in my team. Same goes for Hazard, so I didn't put him in.

You have unlimited transfers until matchday 1. Why not just make a temporary team first? You can always make changes later.

Re: GL Fantasy Football: 14/15 Season
Hala deadline is 11am of the first day of the season which I think is the 16th.
Made a brief mockup yesterday, not great but I'll continue to tweak it up to the deadline.
