4231 is the worst formation in Fifa 15. You'll get destroyed with it. Switched to 442 (diamond) and got to div 2 in seasons. Like Tom said, we're too direct. Not even Madrid are this direct lol

Imo should be one guy making runs (MT) at any given time, but a bit less often

I stay somewhere behind, as ANY your pro is naturally not running anyway and RG plays b2b mf so depending on how the game's going we need 1 guy making runs when there's a run on and need more link up play and not just CB ------> hopeful thru ball to one of many runners.

That gets cut out by a big defender 9/10 times, we have nobody to stop the counter and that's it over.

4-2-3-1 could work with 4 players including the any imo. With the diamond, there's not much width and there's only 2 humans that can attack/make runs.

When we had 4 players for the diamond, we had 2 human CM's, which leaves us vulnerable, because humans can't position themselves in an ideal position like the CPU can imo.
