Re: Barclay's Premier League '14-'15 discussion V2
This is the reason because City is the best team of Premier for me
if a City CF gets injured, there is another great CF to replace him . Not same thing for Chelsea

Re: Barclay's Premier League '14-'15 discussion V2
Man just catching up on the Manchester banter
Beautiful
Although the whole 'You started supporting a team when they were successful' argument is a bad one tbh
You tend to watch a club from a young age (By accident, or family etc) and if they're absolutely terrible to watch you don't consciously make sure you keep watching them twice a Week on TV it's like sticking with a shit TV Show every Week for 8 years despite hating it.
The gloryhunter argument only really has value if it's being directed at somebody who willingly switched clubs and shit like that
Or latched on to a team well after his youth days purely because they're dominating.

Where is the rest of the draw? That can't be all of it since there are only 10 matchups.

I always just assumed the majority of fans were just absent minded glory hunters who had an affection for the color red.
Obviously, we have no absent minded glory hunters here that like red, those appear to be clearly in the blue corner

Re: Barclay's Premier League '14-'15 discussion V2
Just heard Palace got Neil Warnock, AGAIN
Someone please explain why
This was the same guy who quit on them after they were handed a 10-point penalty in the Championship.... why would you hire him back..... and accused Sean Bean, SEAN F'N BEAN, of humiliating him in front of his family after he got Sheffield United relegated
How anyone can hire a guy on Ned Stark's bad side is just mind-boggling.... ffs couldn't they get Moyes

Don't call me James wrote:wtf Ricky Alvarez joined Sunderland?
Yes , now on loan  paid 1 and Sunderland is obliged to buy him for 11 mln if they get saved this year . overally it would be sold for 12 if Sunderland doesn't relegate.
imho Burnley Palace WBA Leicester and QPR are worse than Sunderland on paper, GL agrees with me ? for me it's okay just 3 anyway lol
although they've lost Collback (basically the most hated by Mole after Pardew but imo he was useful for Sunderland) and Borini ( this pos refused to go there ffs  )
Technically Alvarez is not a player for a small club , but the contrary, he is very good about it, but it is the same thing for Adam Johnson , the technical skill is not enough for playing in a big team , you must not be inconsistent, not suffer  the pressure etc
he can be useful for Sunderland anyway , although I have just some doubts about his impact in Premier.
Basically he would be perfect for Liga in some club as Sevilla. It is his  real dimension imo

Yes Di Marzio confirmed yesterday
It will be very strange to watch him with Foxes' kit
Glad for Pearson . When I 've listened his iwords about his deal I ' ve understood he dreamed this signing more than I did  for Christmas gifts when I was child

This makes sense, I would have Taylor more than all players if I was Newcastle fan Srbub and idiot ( I remind when he acted as clown on that free kick scored by Cabaye )
Is Newcastle trying to get back Remy ? This would weaken further QPR

Apparently so, according to the local paper finance for Remy or Lacazette has been sanctioned by the owner.
I'll believe that when I see it though.

Five all-Premier-League ties and seven all-Football-League ties in that League Cup draw, I like that, a better chance for the minnows to get far in the cup.
