I kinda hope they continue to piss everyone off, it's the only way IMO. It's gotta get a lot worse before it gets better, I don't see any other way as there's no competition.

The only way is they alienate people so bad that they basically kill themselves and force seriously big changes, but that's a long long way from happening but it might be the only way.

Agreed. I'd rather have a huge backlash like this so things change drastically. Much better than someone like Ziggler generically, winning the rumble, everyone's fairly happy and we get an average RTWM.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar is currently not scheduled for the live “RAW” SmackDown broadcast this Thursday night.

Tonight’s special RAW broadcast on the USA Network will apparently end at 11pm EST and will not have the usual over-run. WWE had been advertising the new WWE 24 program for 11:06pm EST on the WWE Network tonight but have changed all listings to 11pm EST this afternoon. As noted, no live matches are expected for tonight’s show.

While the #CancelWWENetwork hashtag was trending last night and most of today, WWE sources indicate that while there were some customers who canceled their subscriptions due to the Royal Rumble, it wasn’t such a large amount that WWE considers it a significant number internally.

There’s a feeling within WWE that much of the buzz is just fans voicing their anger over how the Rumble pay-per-view played out, specifically Daniel Bryan’s elimination and the 30-man main event.

Sources also indicated that while there were some issues with buffering during the WWE Network stream of the Rumble, there was no outage on WWE’s side and the issues were not widespread. There may have been a more localized problem causing issues that had nothing to do with WWE’s end.

Would've liked to have seen someone like Adrian Neville or Sami Zayn get a chance, but no.....we had fracking 4-second Titus O'Neill.

And where was Randy Orton? So many chances to bring him in and stir the pot more.

It was all about Reigns. Zayn, Neville, Orton would have gotten big pops so they avoided bringing them in.

I loved how Wyatt, Ziggler and Ambrose were being nonchalantly eliminated by Big Show and Kane Laughing

How stupid does WWE think we are, expecting us to boo them and cheer on Roman to slay the big bad men. And even if that does not work (it didn't) they were like "LOOK HERES THE ROCK YOU ALL LOVE HIM AND HE LOVES REIGNS SO YOU LOVE REIGNS TOO" but that didn't work either.

Bubba Ray Dudley had a backstage interview with WWE.com in which he said it was his first ever Rumble match and his first appearance in WWE in ten years. He said returning in Philadelphia was perfect. He said the fans welcomed him and he considers WWE home. He wrote on Twitter:

It was previously reported that there had been negotiations between WWE and the Dudley Boyz. According to sources, Devon was not backstage last night. Also, Bubba Ray Dudley is now under contract with WWE and that was not a one-shot deal. You'll be seeing more of him.

Yeh most of the current tag teams do suck, but it's mainly due to the poor character development, no storylines and lack of originality. I mean the New age outlaws were back for a while last year, but all they did was take the usual tag match filler spot each week on RAW and it would be the same case for any returning tag team.

Thing is though I think Vince/HHH both like Bryan and think he's an A+ star. Maybe they had him eliminated like that so he has a mountain to climb again and the fans can get behind him? That's like the only reason I can think of. Or maybe kayfabe wise he got injured again? Or even a 'losing hope' angle?

At the end of the day though Bryan isn't a superman face and nor should he ever be one. He's an underdog. So him losing normally from time to time is believable I guess.
