Dupree fell all the way to the Steelers, will probably be a beast there. Then the Broncos traded up for Shane Ray.

Randy Gregory is still on the board. Cost himself millions

Cowboys got Byron Jones. Really hope he breaks that line of bust corners they've drafted.

Not sure why the Colts went with a WR. Their pass rush is pretty much non existent.

Cause they think throwing for 5000 yards while also giving up 5000 yards rushing is a winning recipe.

I keep reading that there's a bigger issue going on with Gregory besides just weed. We'll probably find out after the draft.

Cowboys took Gregory

Texans just traded up for our pick. We got a 5th and 7th and some WR but I'd have rather taken Harold or Clemmings

edit: they took Jaelen Strong, nice pick

Shaquille generally seems like an extremely popular name in the afro american community, many Shaqa getting drafted these years, and more coming I guess.

Wells report on Deflategate came out the other day. Seems like Brady is probably getting suspended.

3rd overall pick Dante Fowler tore his ACL today, out for the season. Jags fans can't catch a break.

Probably wouldn't have gotten anything besides a fine if he hadn't lied and refused to cooperate with the NFL.

They also lost next years 1st rounder

Probable that brady knew what was going on.. How does that warrant a suspension? So everyone with knowledge of PEDs should be suspended then? NFL just using Brady and Pats as an example once again. No evidence from the text that he wasn't mad about them not being the lowest legal limit

I would imagine the punishment comes down to the fact that he lied. Like Dmize said, he should've simply told the truth. Punishment might've been far less than what he ended up getting.

When Aaron Rodgers openly admits to over inflating balls beyond league regulations, it's a fun fact for commentators to chit chat about, when they catch a whiff of this in Pats camp, an investigation is launched and Brady is suspended + 1st round pick stripped.

I genuinely don't understand the double standards here.

What double standards?

Aaron Rodgers said he did it.
Tom Brady LIED. REFUSED to give information. HELD BACK further information and acted like everything was OK, that he did nothing.

How is that a double standard? One was open with it, the other tried to lie his ass off.

So admitting you broke the rules means there's no problem with it? Laughing

Jeez, why didn't Belichick just casually mention something about Spygate, then it would have been okay, no?

Oh please.

The difference is Aaron Rodgers said he likes to push the limits and see if the officials will reduce it. The officials already know what he is trying to do beforehand and are there to stop it. He isn't lying and saying he doesn't do it, saying he has no idea of why the footballs are pushed to the limit.

Tom Brady acted like he had no idea what was going on. He acted like it was all just a coincidence and it was just a one off. That he had no involvement in this at all.

If Tom Brady had come out like Aaron Rodgers did and said that he likes the football to feel a little softer and wants to relieve a bit more air out of the ball, this would be a non-story.

The fact that he lied, refused to hand over his phone, acted like he didn't even know the ball boys and all this other stuff makes it look like it was more than just he likes the balls softer. It makes it look like blatant sabotage of the opposing team.

If it is not a big deal, why is Tom Brady acting so damn shady?

How is he acting shady. The NFLPA didn't want him to turn the phone over. And such a harsh verdict without any real evidence is BS.
