Re: Barclay's Premier League '14-'15 discussion V6
Liverpool played well, but that was more to do with Chelsea being poor overall. Chelsea looked fatigued by the 2nd half and gave the same performance they did against Spurs(a). Playing the majority of the same 11 in every comp is catching up with them recently.
Lucky for them, LFC didn't have the quality to punish them like Spurs did.
Now do Chelsea play a strong team for the return match, or rest their best players for the more important game v City a few days later
They should have killed this tie off today. But fair play to Liverpool, they showed why they're in good form.

"We played at the top of our potential, Liverpool did the same; it was a proper semi-final and a fair result. I don't think Liverpool deserved to lose this game because I think they performed really well but we were in control."

You're really trying too hard these days
Atkinson is horrific. He also ruined the game on that dark Sunday in April. I wish he catches Ebola.
Lucas though....what a return for him...I have to be honest, I never thought he could get back to his 2011 level, but he's damn close

Watched the game till Liverpool scored the 2nd goal expecting a challenge beforehand, expecting Liverpool to have to sweat it out for 90 mins+( seeing that these lot are 1st in the Championship). What I saw was a team that would make Burnley, Qpr look like world beaters.
RED or may want to give some credit to us as we actually played well for a change in months.
It was a championship side that bottled it on the night. Context is needed bruh.
Do the same against Arsenal and get a result and I'll give Liverpool credit, however begrudgingly it may be

I honestly don't do it by purpose. I guess I see LFC games with Utd specs on. lol.
But I did give you lot credit yesterday...I said you played well and showed why you're one of the form teams in the league.

Watching Matic and Mikel try to take the ball of Coutinho was funny.

Of the 'Gerrard slip' chant, started by his own club's fans but picked up on my most others, Mourinho added: “He’s a historic player for Liverpool, a historic player for the Premier League. He’s an opponent I always admired and respected. There is a song that my fans have that I don’t like at all.
“A couple of times it’s good fun but to go and go and go, especially when a player like him deserves respect, we don’t need that. We have so many other songs, we don't need that one.”

Oh please, come off it! He got most of the decisions right yesterday.
Lost count of how many times ALL the Liverpool fans at Anfield complained and whined about a call rightfully given against them by the ref. Their players can't commit an honest foul, apparently. Annoying fans.
And imagine calling Costa "dirty" or a "cheat" after defending Suarez for a few seasons Let's also not mention the angel that is Skrtel. http://zippy.gfycat.com/TartAlertAdder.webm
