boring? I wish, his voice actually makes me want to bash his head in.
Though I rewatched the Bayer-Atletico match on a Sky Sports stream (to avoid Bela Rethy), and the cocommentator ws pretty bad as well there. Couldn't pronounce Bellarabi's and Calhanoglu's names right once, over 90 min lol.

Gerry Armstrong and Rob Palmer were doing that game.
Must be Gerry Armstrong. Dude confused Pepe with Isco once.

El Cujo wrote:The EPL is better now than it was say 10 years ago, but you guys act like other leagues have not improved leaps and bounds.
On top of this the EPL top teams especially tend to 'improve' their squads through buying new players every year. Having good players is one thing but having team unity and communication is something just as important. Actually it's more important to have a cohesive squad and a good team mentality than to have a team full of superstars IMO.
Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how the EPL 'giants' react to this kind of fall in Europe regardless of what it means for English football.
You're telling me this current Liverpool squad is better than the Gerrard, Torres, Mascherano, Alonso, Reina Carragher etc squad?
OR
United with Ronaldo, Tevez, Rooney, Giggs, Scholes, Ferdinand, Vidic, VDS etc
OR
Chelsea with Drogba, Lampard, Makelele, Cech, Robben, Duff, Ballack, Essien, Terry, Carvalho, Cole etc
OR
Arsenal with Fabregas, van Persie, Cole, Hleb, Gilberto, Henry, Lehmann, Pires, Campbell, Toure etc
Have a seat mate.

That 06-09 United team was insane looking back.
Not a single team in the League can compete with that side.
Tevez/Saha Rooney
Giggs Scholes Carrick Ronaldo
Evra Vidic Ferdinand Brown
VDS

lol, he's got RVP, Falcao and Rooney, how about you try to get more out of them and play better football, Louis, maybe then you'd have a 20-goal striker

Re: Barclay's Premier League '14-'15 discussion V7
It's the 27th gameweek in the Prem, let's see what it's got in store for us...
West Ham v Crystal Palace
If West Ham had not blown their two-goal lead against Tottenham, they'd have 41 points now, they'd be just one point behind the Spurs and would probably fancy their chances of fighting for European spots still. Now I don't know do they have much to play for. Crystal Palace might just be able to get something from this one.
Burnley v Swansea
Swansea are in the same situation as West Ham, comfortably in the upper half of the table, but the chance for European spots seems to be gone. Burnley will play for their survival and I'm expecting them to get the win here.
Manchester United v Sunderland
Even their manager has acknowledged that they've got only scrubs for strikers, so I reckon it'll be a comfortable away win here with Defoe showing RVP, Falcao and Rooney how it's done.
Newcastle v Aston Villa
Carver v Sherwood, what a showdown! A draw all the way.
Stoke City v Hull City
Hull got two huge wins from relegation six-pointers in their last two games against Villa and QPR and to continue with my theme of "teams comfily in upper mid-table will drop points this round", I'm going to say that the Tigers will go and win at the Britannia Stadium.
West Brom v Southampton
Should be a tough game for the Saints, West Brom have lost only one in their last seven. A draw.
Sunday
Liverpool v Manchester City
A huge game for both sides, one needs the points to keep up with the top-4 push and the other to keep up with the title push. A draw will do more harm than help to both teams, so hopefully we'll see an entertaining 4 - 0 trashing of City.
Arsenal v Everton
Everton have won just one PL game in the last ten, but here's hoping that Merseyside's second club surprises everyone by getting a draw from the Emirates.
