Yeah. He's not the one who got away just yet but he has a huge future ahead of him. It's a shame he had a year to go on his contract and we couldn't promise him as much playing time as he needed.

There is some news floating around (more like rumours?) that Sanchez won't extend and will leave. Must say that will come as a shocker since I expected Ozil to leave instead of Sanchez.

Still think both will stay but if Sanchez does not extend by April/May then perhaps we should consider selling?

Rumors are rumors for now. It's all part of the same song and dance in contract talks. Özil seems closer than he has in a while, Bellerin seems done. Leaves us free to focus on Alexis and Santi although Santi shouldn't be a problem as he's said he wants a new deal.

I think He will stay, I can't see any teams willing to offer what he is looking at in terms of wages. Also in terms of style of play, we are the only one who can offer him the sort of freedom he wants on the pitch especially with the amount of times he turns over possession.
