Moreno has been a slight disappointment, at both ends of the pitch. I hope Ibe gets a few games in his place after the international break.

It is, but so were the last man tackles that Allen made that probably prevented two goals, or the magnificent saves that Migs had. I'm the biggest Henderson fan out there, and he played a very good game, but Allen and Migs deserve the plaudits for this one, IMO.

Meh not worried about the championship form or performance. As usual we will raise our game against Utd what matters is whether we will manage to get 3 ponits.

^ plus, I can't genuinely believe some would classify that second half performance from us as "championship" stuff.

We've won at a tough ground (Where our two main rivals lost), had a shaky start and then reacted incredibly well tactically and won, and we don't seem happy Laughing

I dont expect WC performance every now and then. So a place where other teams have managed to take either 1 or also 0 points. I am more than happy that we managed to get 3. Also, I am even more happy that a small tactical tweak by Brendan proved to be important.

Definitely happy with the outcome, but if you think united will pass up goals like swansea did in the first half then your kidding yourself, Rooney would brag a brace in the opening half and the game would of been over.

Our second half performance was good, but if we allow united to do what swansea did it won't be even at the break.

Anyways its at Anfield and i'm sure we should win if we come out with the goods.

Performance means shit all at this point of the season tbh. You have to have the mental power of will to win games like that against Swansea super scrappily.

plus. one good Utd performance against a Spurs side that were QPR-esque, doesn't mean they are amazing. It was an exception rather than the norm.

Don't forget, Utd's away form is a whole different gravy to home form and at home, in such big occasions, we will not have a legrathic start like we did on monday.

Lovren when playing over the last 4 - 5 games has been our best defender. He should be playing along with Sakho right now. With Can's recent struggles we should be going Lovren - Skrtel - Sakho or Skrtel - Lovren - Sakho or Skrtel - Sakho - Lovren. IDC.

Our best defender when Sakho was injured was Skrtel by a long shot, not Lovren. He did decently but nothing special imo.

Can is one of the most important pieces in that back 3. You can take out anyone but Can being take out will hurt us badly. There is a reason why the back 3 is working so nicely because one of three (Can) can carry the ball out of defense amazingly.
