Cuadrado's pace and dribbling are way above Pereyra's.Roberto is slighty better in passes maybe but not much of improvement. If Cuadrado had just a bit more brain than a kid playing in the street he wouldn't be part of this team for sure. However i'd like to keep him because he is very versatile and we can adapt him back to his old position RB if we manage to replace him with a more quality player.

Pace yes, dribbling no. He is another one trick pony (Cuadrado)

Are we arguing if Pereyra is better than Cuadrado?
I literally cannot name one thing that Pereyra does better than Cuadrado

Maybe shooting, Cuadrado has a rather weak shot, or maybe rather poor shot selection

I'd say one thing for Pereyra, his dribbling when he's running directly towards the opponents defence is pretty sexy.

I agree and I like Pereyra but his end product is lacking
I do somewhat agree with the game going through Cuadrado, really reminds me of Krasic days now that I think about it... but Cuadrado has put in a handful of displays that are better than Pereyra's best game for Juventus

Also, Pereyra does give us more options in a formation

Has Cuadrado performed better in a 3-5-2 or in a 4-3-3 ?

We are arguing who is better option for the team, its insane how much --Cuadrado destabilizes the team plus he spends so many balls its ridiculous.

Oh and Cuadrado sucks at dribbling relying to much on his speed, while Pereyra has great dribbling ability and has a better pass than Cuadrado.

Cuadrado sucks Proud
Pereyra superior Proud

Looks like ya'll are scapegoating Cuadrado here, I hardly feel its justified.
The only thing I will agree with is that Cuadrado's arrival seemed short sighted, a winger on a winger-less team. I'm not saying he's been the most amazing player but I believe he's shown more positive displays than lackluster ones.

I believe :

POGBA > HERNANES > LICHTAINER > CUADRADO > KHEDIRA > MARCHISIO > PERYERA > LEMINA > STURARO

Nope I never said he is superior for me they are same tier players. I said who is better option for the team, like Barzagli is better option than Chiellini for me currently as CB. He is more suited for our needs, while Cuadrado is destabilizing our game play making us look like one dimensional team.

Please be honest and tell me it doesn't remind you of Conte's 3-5-2 with Licht being our main attacking threat. Its the same with Cuadrado.

He is the only winger and we play 4-3-3 just because of him, making Morata/Mandzu/Dybala play out of position. This team 'was built' for 4-3-1-2 and we aren't using that formation because of him. He spends so many balls and his passing is equals to Molinaros Laughing

He is a good player, fast one (something we needed under Conte), one trick pony with great behavior and never die attitude, but currently he is harming the team more. Sure if we had wingers it could have been a different story, he is like Gervinho.

16:41 - COMPLETED TRAINING - Juventus finished the afternoon workout and will soon be moving into retirement. Massimiliano Allegri, tomorrow, could bet on 4-3-3: in port should play Buffon. In defense on the wings act Lichtsteiner and Evra, in between there will be Bonucci and Chiellini. In midfield space to Khedira, Marchisio, Pogba. In attack they should play Cuadrado, Dybala and Morata, although not entirely ruled out that there may be the inclusion of Hernanes behind the two strikers.

19:10 - 4-3-3 - FAVORITE ON 4-3-1-2 - Juventus is in retreat for the match against Milan. Tomorrow, Massimiliano Allegri should rely on the 4-3-3 that appears favored the 4-3-1-2: Buffon will be in port. In defense of the right touch to Lichtsteiner, in between there will be Bonucci and Chiellini, left will act Evra. While Barzagli should start on the bench. In midfield, there seems no doubt and Allegri will field Khedira, Marchisio and Pogba. In attack should play Cuadrado, Dybala and Morata. So at the moment the hypothesis that would provide playmaker Hernanes seems to be discarded.

Juventus (4-3-3): Buffon; Lichtsteiner, Bonucci, Chiellini, Evra; Khedira, Marchisio, Pogba; Cuadrado, Dybala, Morata.

Switch Dybala with Morata... Morata is useless in the flanks.

I don't really think there is a 4-3-3 formation

when JUVENTUS defend we should use 8 players behind the ball

---------------1st DYBALA ---------------------
--------------2nd MORATA ---------------------
POGBA - MARCHISIO - KHEDIRA - CUADRADO
EVRA -- CHIELLINI -- BONNUCI - LICHTAINER
------------------ BUFFON -----------------------

when we have ball possession we use 4 advanced players : MORATA, POGBA, DYBALA, CUADRADO
and these 4 advanced men should keep rotating and create different shapes
for example sometimes during the game, we may like to switch to a this kind of formation

----- POGBA ---- MORATA --- CUADRADO --
------------------- DYBALA --------------------
EVRA --- MARCHISIO - KHEDIRA - LICHTAINER
-- CHIELLINI ---- BUFFON ----- BONUCI ----

We are more structured, more dangerous with the 4-3-1-2 with Pereyra/Pogba as AM. Heranes is only a back up player.

Cuadrado is an important piece that we miss a lot when deploying a 4312.

That's true.Like it or not,I think all we can do is deploy Cuadrado and see him get past entire team and just pray he somehow gives a decent pass or two each game for our strikers to score.

Despite his poor end product he is the best guy we have to create space and move opponents from their all-defensive positions.

11:20 - CHEERFUL SHOULD POINT ON 4-3-1-2 - Juventus, in the morning, perform finishing ahead of tonight's game. Massimiliano Allegri would have chosen to focus on 4-3-1-2. Yesterday afternoon, in fact, circulated the idea that the coach from Livorno could rely on the diamond, but it is not entirely to be discarded even the variable 4-3-3. Any doubts will be dispelled in the day. In goal, against AC Milan, there will be Buffon who has recovered from the problem to the flexor. In defense of the right touch to Lichtsteiner, amid space Bonucci and Chiellini on the left Alex Sandro it seems to be favored on Evra. In midfield act Khedira, Marchisio and Pogba. Hernanes, however, will support Dybala and Morata. Meanwhile in Turin on cloudy days it's cold and windy.

Juventus (4-3-1-2): Buffon; Lichtsteiner, Bonucci, Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Khedira, Marchisio, Pogba; Hernanes; Dybala, Morata.

Before the season even started I said
MANDZUKIC, HERNANES, KHEDIRA, are as good as we know them I don't expect them to come to JUVENTUS and transform to NEDVED that doesn't really happen

but we know that they are good enough to trust them for a short-term solution, until our U22 players grow up then replace them with real CHAMPIONS

Hernanes is a midfield specialist " MONTOLIVO " kind of player which for a moment is an important midfield puzzle

EDITED
if our coach doesn't trust HERNANES than he needs to bring someone like MONTOLIVO
he needs to bring a player that he trust otherwise you have to play HERNANES
