They are actually deleting negative feedback from their site.

I was so close to ordering it from shopto. Same price as well.

This is from NeoGAF.

I work for Royal Mail as a Postie, some of these came into our office today, And were pulled from delivery, seems Amazon sent them out too early and sent a memo out to offices telling the managers not to let them be delivered today.

Strange thing was they didn't seem to catch them all, the memo had actual addresses of the ones they wanted stopped, but we are pretty sure others not on the list were delivered.

I think that it's on the Royal Mail hmm

Tbf it doesn't make much sense that a company with such a good reputation across the board would suddenly have such poor service.

Amazon don't own simplygames do they?

I get why amazon would ask RM to not send them out early, that's actually common practice for most retailers with streetdates since they can get fined by the publishers, GAME used to do it too before they went bankrupt and realized that places like shopto were making bank by having a reputation for sending them out early

you would have expected them to put out a press release or a comment saying as much tbh instead of burying their head in the sand

IMO they got too busy opening ultimate team packs and forgot to send out the copies until today

Nah they deliver mail on saturday lol. I got quite few games delivered on sat.

Why would RM hold back on delivering games? And why should they listen to Amazon lol?

I'm just trying to relay information, it is up to you to decide what to do with it. Royal Mail is a big place, i'll trust you'll be familiar with those binoculars of yours as you plan your next move, how and where you make it, well thats up to you.

Don't think I can accept another mediocre game, even though I paid alot less from US PS store the last few times.

It's happened before, i have got games late before because RM have been instructed not to break the street date so it ends up getting to you late.

Not sure what Amazon have to do with it mind lol.

I think passing needs a small patch and the game would be legit

EA's patches usually consist of them just subbing in last years gameplay if there's a negative response though Laughing

I like a lot about this new FIFA but the negatives outweigh the positives so far

Not when it costs the equivalent of 121 Canadian dollars you can't lol.

I would go full on digital if the exchange rates didn't *bleep* us in the ass.

Right, so, my mate got this game today and asks me to come over and play with him. I duly oblige since he also told he had bought beer.

Now, we played about a dozen games against the CPU and I'd say the big difference isn't in passing, per se, but in the overall pressing of the AI. Passing was more or less the same as before, but, damn, those CPU teams really knew how to pressure you and make it difficult to play keep-the-ball. They were coming at you like MT pursuing his copy of the game. Intense. And I liked that. You have to be on your toes all the time and it feels realistic.

One thing I found over-powered was the new "purpose" passing, R1 + x. You pass with that to your striker in the middle and he usually finds himself with time and space to turn and get a good shot away. Scored more goals like that than we really should have.

ya it's $90 CAD for me here with tax

damn weak Canadian dollar/cheap petrol has *bleep* us here recently

Got an email from simplygames and game arrived today. hmm

POS didn't even offer you a couple of £ off of your next purchase, I'd definitely be sending it back
