think I mentioned it but you get given 1 free FUT draft token at the start, make sure you use it online (I didn't) so I have to pay 15K coins to enter each time, haven't played the draft online since I'm saving my coins for a team

Few things I've noticed so far

AI is actually quite improved in careers.
Commentary is as shit as before. Schweinsteiger moves to United. Alan Smith "He has bags of potential". Okay mate.

They have definitely toned down hollywood passes. Which might be a good thing, but it makes no sense that someone like Ozil can't make a 60 yard pass. They should at least allow playmakers to make those types of passes.

Goalkeeping has gone way way worse. You all might have noticed in clubs already. Lmao at GK bouncing the ball on the floor after catching it rofl

It's much easier for GK to make mistakes now.

It's also harder to score. Before you could expect what type of pass will be your final third. Now it's random and more dependent on luck if anything. Plus the shooting mechanic is a bit off imo.

I actually think GK's are far far improved over FIFA 15, to the point they're OP, it's so much easier to score outside of the box than it is inside now

shooting across the keepers body goes in easily though

I haven't experienced that many keeper mistakes, yet. At least, not compared to FIFA 15. The ones that I have experienced were pretty frustrating, though. Like, the ball bouncing off the head of my GK and consequently gifting the other team with a goal, or the countless amount of unnecessarily punched balls that ended up right in front of an opponent player. Naturally, the majority of things that needed fixing in previous FIFAs are still there... but now we have off the ball dribbling and a new fancy pass and crap.

I wish you could control the power of passes manually, and still have it aim automatically or semi-automatically. It's so annoying when I want to pass the ball to a team mate that's far away, and the game still opts for a short to medium range pass (often to a player that's closer) even though I held X until the power bar was full.

Yeah, the GKs are definitely better in this game than they were in FIFA 15, but they're still far from perfect. I mean, they seem to save many of the great shots, but they can't seem to save the slow ones that barely move along the ground. It's great that they've been improved, but I don't get why they've been programmed to let in the crappy shots.

I'm pretty sure in the controls options there's a separate option for 'pass power' and 'passing' assistance. Check it.

anyone else having probs with fut? i played like 12 games won 10 but guess what, 11 losses cos once i finish, for some reason fut says "error communicating with the servers" = auto 3-0 loss Proud

they claim its the internet, yet my net runs super fast and am not the only one experiencing this sh*t, so many people are according to EA's forums, yet EA don't care cos why would they, they already have our money Proud
