I remind Ukraine-France 2-0 with Cabaye on bench and Ukraine to destroy France, while in 2nd leg Cabaye was starter and he was clearly MOTM and French to overcome Ukraine  

Anyway , football is often a matter of trains .
Basically one reason why Fellaini plays with Manchester United because of Moyes or Cabaye ended to Palace.
In 2014 Cabaye was searched by important clubs but PSG  prevailed in this race and he went to ruin himself rotting on the bench . He was meh there, although I still remind that Chelsea-PSG  with a great Pirlo-esque assist by Cabaye for Cavani but Cavani missed the goal incredibly ... and then Demba Ba scored 2-0
Ehh but just Higuain is a top choker....
His story would ha been probably different if he'd gone in another EPL club and not PSG to ruin himself

Valbuena has lost a couple of steps since he moved to russia , i wouldn't mind giving a chance to N'tep , Fekir or even Payet .
i'll take many players over current Cabaye tbh .Schneiderlin , Gonalons, and even the downgraded DM version of Kondogbia .

We don't have a deep playing mid... and a playmaker. Fekir is the only hope but he's really young. I trust Payet less than Valbuena.

As far as deep playing mids... if one of Gonalons, Capoue, etc. hadn't gone down the toilet, the job was theirs. Right now, my only hope is Schneiderlin.

Problem with France NT is that there's a generation gap. Our really good young players are very very young and then you have the 27+ yo crowd.

Schneiderlin, Rabiot, Kondogbia, etc. have big chance right now. So do Fekir, Thauvin, etc.

The other option is to dump the 433 and go with a 442. But i don't think DD is that creative.

Gervinho - Arsenal flop. Now playing for Al Jazira.
Rami - Milan & Valencia flop. It's a miracle Milan somehow managed to get a fee for him.
Sow - Garbage. Playing in Turkey & hasn't hit 20 since Hazard.
Chedjou - Also trash. Not even first choice at Galatasaray.
Debuchy - Shit player. Already benched by a frail teenage Right back.
