KdB has been gone for more than a year. He hit the ground running at Wolfsburg in 13/14 also. He was also Belgium's best player at the WC.

With a team like City and the movement offered by the likes of Aguero, Silva and Sterling...KdB will likely have a pretty huge season if he actually does move.

Mourinho's style of play doens't require players like KDB or Mata or James rodriguez etc... KDB didn't stand a chance.

What do you mean require? Ozil, hazard, Robben have all been god under Mou.

Require is not the good word. Mourinho is a defensive-minded coach who likes pragmatic players. WC players like Robben and Hazard would start in any team and under any manager but mourinho usually don't trust '' young attacking players with high potential '' or stuff like that.

Anyway I am not sure there is this difference Shaqiri-Perisic ... they're 2 different player, for the rest, the 1st is very overhyped imo

For Basel and WC hat-trick against the great Honduras. Not performed even in Bayern

Besides I like Perisic , he's complete player and if he comes , it will be difficult to make worse than Shaqiri with us

It doesn't say a lot . He's still very young thus inconsistent. He'll need to play a lot despite making mistakes. Spurs seem to have too many players like him tho ( young, still unpolished ) so I'm not sure about him playing a lot.

Doubt he'll move if they don't promise him gametime. Think he will be played out on the wings or behind Kane in a 4-4-2.

Townsend is average and has no business starting for Spurs if they are ambitious.

Townsend is a pleb who is staying because there isn't enough wing coverage in case Chadli/Lamela get injured and he can play both sides. Needs to go, Spurs can get some random backup or use a youth player hopefully.

Doubt Nije gets played upfront with Kane in a 4-4-2. He'll be a backup but if he can play wings, he should get enough game time between injuries, resting players (especially in the EL or something) and subs/rotation.

Just now looking at the financials of the Dzeko deal.

4m loan with 11m obligatory buy to take it to 15m.

Amazing stuff from Walter Sabatini to talk City down from 30m. Excellent business imo.
