Benteke must bury chances imo

Clyne and Milner are the best signings in ages.

Meh selling Reina was understandable he had few shockers before we sold him.

But Agger was a strange case and now Lucas. I still think that there are offers by other clubs for Lucas but may be we dont want sell him.

frrack I was breaking my head for that ! Allen getting injured earned us a point today .

Clyne has been just amazing. He looks a very complete player. As he spends more time, I am sure, he will start contributing more to the attack.

it would hav done world of good for Firmino if that Benteke tap would have gone IN. That was a lovely cross by Firmino after some neat work there.

I will absolutely marry Lucas.

Firemen created more chances in one half than Lallana did in 2 games.

We played so much better with a midfield 3 as opposed to Hendo-Milner pivot.

Allen and Lallana are the 2 biggest mysteries in our squad. I never really care when either is injured/out. Nothing players for our team.

Ibe badly needs EL to start to get some confidence. He's too nervous now.

Great result.

Lallana is good enough to don a Liverpool shirt and be in the squad, I can't be bothered about prices anymore.

#1. We were fantastic in the first-half and equally depressing in the second-half.

#2. In the hindsight, we should have and could have taken THREE points considering how pathetic their CB pairings were.

#3. Firmino is still not in sync with his teammates and PL style.

#4. Bently is showing 'Markovic Syndrome', he is releasing the ball too early when him holding on to the ball can create greater troubles for opponents.

#5. Mignolet again showing nerves when dealing with high balls.

#6. Would have loved to see Ings coming in instead of Ibe.

We perhaps played our best game this season.

Wow, what a game. Got to love football.

Can't believe we didn't score one of our chances! Coutinho twice hitting the frame and Benteke's got to score that chance. On the other hand Ramsey's goal was wrongly ruled out for offside and Mignolet had to save superbly that point blank shot from Giroud.

Ironical that just when I said in the transfers thread that Lucas's time is up, he puts in a performance like that. Absolutely stunning performance. I'm going to eat humble pie and take back what I said. Lucas should stay for the season at least. Not that I want him to play every game, but if he can play like that in tough games like this, would be insane to let him go.

Also, like's been said, a three-man central midfield looked so much better than two.

I couldn't believe the Rossiter for Lucas substitution... The kid gets his PL debut in a situation like that? We looked shakier straight after, since Rossiter was giving his man much more space than Milner in his spot did before James was moved to Lucas's place. A dangerous sub in the wrong sense, wow.

Clyne was also great, as were Milner and Can. Emre put in a helluva shift. Firmino was frustrating with turning over possession in midfield so many times. Ibe, too. Rodgers should tell Ibe to take it easy. Whenever he gets the ball he's instantly thinking "I need to create something right now!" and tries to take on three defenders.

Anyway, a hugely entertaining game and it's a good point. The team really stepped up their performance and looking forward to West Ham now!

When did we learn to defend? Gomez and Clyne have made a big difference it seems, Gomez is ridiculously good it's not even his best (or 2nd) position ffs.

Ibe needs a loan to EPL side or a few cups/EL games.

Benteke, despite the missed sitter, is a blessing for us. Finally we have someone we can lay the ball off in the future which will improve our defensive and counters by a large margin.

In the end, I'm happy with how this turned out.

No Ibe is fine, he will learn here more than a lone move. He just needs to keep it calm and not run at three defenders every time he gets the ball. He is trying too much..little bit of coaching and he is fine !

A little bit of experience (at LFC) under his belt in his new bigger-than-before role and I'm sure Ibe will improve. He's trying too hard to impress right now.
