Pathetic 1st half from Roma today. Rudi's refusal to have a plan B is absolutely infuriating. He's clearly a bright guy, but he is arrogant and stubborn and it will lead to his sacking. Doesn't matter how much we're paying him.

I'm not mad we lost. I'm pissed off at how we lost. BATE absolutely bent us over in that first half-hour. Florenzi's flank got overloaded and Rudi did nothing to stop that from happening, Szczesny's positioning on the 2nd goal was criminal, absolutely criminal.

After all of these wins, draws and losses, the ups and the downs, one thing remains clear for me. We aren't ready to progress out of our CL groups. We don't have the grinta or the belief. That's on the players as much as Rudi himself. Some of them know this, others still don't care enough. And that's not good enough.
