Goals/entairtainment aside we were not that strong in 09/10. Tbh most of those goals were stat padding, we had a lot of games where we couldn't break the opposition down. But once we scored it was really on.

We also made it more difficult then it should have been, another testament of Carlo weak league campaigns. We started the season strong and finished it strong, but in between it was not pretty.

I don't ever want Carlo back at Chelsea, hope his relationship with Chelsea is beyond broken.

Don't get me wrong i don't think he'll be there next year but i'm not sure he's going to be sacked imminently.

don't see them firing him. the season's still young, and the epl is still very wide open, no team has absolute dominance. any of the top four can drop points to some bottom side in a quick minute. i see him carrying on till the end, and unless they really botch their chances at ucl qualification, he'll stay, not to mention firing someone you just gave a new multi-year deal to costs money. i know roman is swimming in cash but i bet he hates spending six figure sums on letting coaches go...i don't think it makes sense to fire him regardless of the result against liverpool

Took him until November, and nearly being in the relegation zone, to drop Fabregas but he's finally done it.

He has saved himself from the sack for a few weeks with this move I think. Mikel won't let liverpool do anything in the middle.

Calderon: 2 leagues in 3 seasons

Perez: 1 league in 6 seasons

I actually hope they keep him, I'm really enjoying seeing this a**hole, unravingling. If we can enjoy this for the whole season, it would be great.

To be fair the remaining fixtures seem pretty good for Chelsea. They're playing mainly crap teams, only "top" teams they have to play yet are Leicester, Tottenham and United. Considering their current state no game is easy for them obviously but sometimes all you need are a couple of good results to get confidence back.
I certainly wouldn't sack him yet. Not because of the results at least.

They are closer to the bottom than the top. Apparently it is the worst start ever in EPL for a defending champ. Also no one with this horrendous start has ever reached the top 4.

But keep him, I'm enjoying this.

Anyway, conventional wisdom says José is untenable and needs to be sacked yesterday.

However I'd argue that conventional wisdom should not apply here. Roman should show they can move on from the hire and fire practices of the past
