Also loaned out Januzaj to Dortmund bench.

Almost sold him in FPL. What a bullet I dodgedGoonerJay29 wrote:Ryad Mahrez has a hat-trick for Leicester. 3-0 up at Swansea.
Leicester are winning the damn league.
Mole: Sure, he has been shit, but I wouldn't call that particularly good assist 'coincidence' either, there's a real element of technique to it. I don't think the two statements are mutuallly exclusive.

Absolute fraud.
The chances are there. It's the finishing. We looked much better and more fluid once Rooney was out of the side. We need a #9 desperately. Martial isn't a killer (yet). We need someone ffs!
Pls stop. Chicha did nothing in his last 2 seasons with us, under SAF ffs. He was useless even when he got chances and kept missing sitters. Stop trying to rewrite history.
And who's fault is it that we don't have the quality up front to put away those chances? It was he who decided to get rid of Januzaj, Wilson and Chicha and only sign a 19 y/o kid who we're heavily dependant on now + a finished striker in Rooney.
Chicha is proving in the Bundesliga that he's a top player, he would have been far better for us than Rooney or Fellaini. Wilson scored a wonder goal today from what I'm hearing.
Our style is too rigid, too systematic under LVG, why can't you see this? It doesn't suit attacking players. That's why we're not scoring enough goals. It's a re-ocurring theme.
And dont' mistake half chances for actual real chances. memphis ball to Martial was the one bit of quality in 90 mins, at home.

I'm guessing Monk will get sacked before next round.
But, damn, Leicester. Incredible stuff. When they got promoted Nigel Pearson was saying they're aiming to eventually be in the top-5 of the Prem. I had a good laugh at that. Okay, they've been carried by two players, but I'm not laughing now, it's incredible what they're doing.

Mahrez won't be a Leicester player after this season.
Vardy is too old and a one season wonder. But Mahrez is legit imo.

Vardy is old and that's why I'm struggling to see where he could possibly end up next season
not sure if he's a one season wonder though, his positioning & finishing are top notch, could still be a decent signing for 2 seasons, could see him riding the chelsea bench tbh

RVP is meh but I'd have still taken him over this nonsense at the moment

Falcao and Remy will probably both be gone by then, so, yeah, Vardy could step right in ^^
Some great results for us, United and Spurs drawing, really need to make this count tomorrow.

Re: Barclay's Premier League '15-'16 discussion V6
At this rate Mahrez will end up costing more than Mane. Was thinking we(or any other team for that matter) could prise out the former for something like 25 mil with Mane going for 40. Not anymore i guess.
Anyway, need either one of them and Griezmann/Aubameyang in place of mata and rooney respectively.

In their support though they were robbed of penalty. Still no excuse to lose to newly promoted scrubs that too at home imo. They have reached to the stage that proud haters like myself are starting to feel bad for them ffs

Re: Barclay's Premier League '15-'16 discussion V6
I have an honest question guys.
Are we overrating certain players for the sake of the hype at times? I'll give an example to clear any confusion
Jamie Vardy - Came from almost non professional football and is scoring for fun
Riyad Mahrez - played in the 2nd division of french football and is now tearing it up
Chris Smalling is a good mention too
Meanwhile the likes of Hazard, the so-called great players of the premier league are showing their true colors.
I feel like these lesser known players should be scouted more often. They are out there, they're cheap, and they'll die for the team, as opposed to some self-righteous primadona whos been overrated by the media.
As a former semi player (stopped to focus on my studies.. footy in the US is complete crap), I can tell you the actual gap in individual quality between the bottom and the top is not big.. its much smaller then you think.
