What were they thinking when signing Ibra? If it doesn't work out it is going to be a massive headache for Mourinho. Signing a declining star is risky affair.

I'm curious if Mou will manage to pamper Mkhi sufficiently for him to perform properly. Mkhi was known to need the full confidence of his coach to be able to show his top performances in Dortmund.

With Mou at the helm, Ibra upfront and potentially world record signing Pogba taking 99% of all of the good and bad press between them. Mkhi has no reason to start scrubbing it up.

Once upon a time he was supposed to be very good at using psychology to motivate his players and get the best out of them iirc.

He looks dead inside these days Laughing devoid of all energy. No way this guy is motivating his team.
