Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 5
They actually improvised quite a lot and wrote some of the scenes themselves. They had creative freedom which was nice.

Inbetweeners lmfaoooo those college days
I agree they stayed true to both the British culture as well as any average teenagers life during college/school.

The banter and literal 24/7 piss taking of mates was perfectly on point.

Watched 3 episodes of Black Mirror just now.
Finally watched White Christmas. 3 episodes of that show makes me want a glass of what Nymphadora Tronks gave the pleb

@McLewis did you watch this season of The Strain? don't remember if I asked you already
no idea why I'm still watching it, it isn't completely terrible I just watch it to pass the time and I like the premise
finale was hilarious for a couple reasons, probably the most ridiculous thing I've seen on a TV show ever tbh
also Zach hands down the WOAT tv show character, such an annoying little pos, both the actor and character

- Spoiler:
- they survived the impact of a nuclear blast by hiding behind a 4 foot concrete wall that was like one brick in width

I don't watch this show so i have to see the scene you're talking about but you can definitely shield yourself from gamma radiation with a thick wall made of lead.

Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 5
it was a concrete wall about this high and thick ffs
and in the same scene the impact radius/force was shown blowing out skyscrapers far further inland than they were
they just rolled with it
