You could literally take Ronaldo and Benzema out and you wouldn't notice a difference. This is really disturbing. Their current form is grazing the upper layer of amateurism, and a lucky goal every now and then shouldn't erase the concern.

THis team is still lacking structure, it's appaling. In a way i am glad that the streak is over because it made people blind to any form of criticism.

The games vs Celta were shambolic and this is looking just as bad for now.

The only player I'm admiring right now is Kova. What a kid! He's being underused and yet he's full of talent. What a waste, and what an unfair treatment.

Absolutely.

Lucas is actually our best attacking player, him and Kovacic. Which says a lot since while they are our best attacking players, they are not playing all that well so far.

Ronaldo and benzema should be sold asap. Casemiro is borderline average. So limited it hurts

Actually, I have no idea what we are playing at the moment. It's not even expansive football, just all sorts of formations that really not making anything cohesive except that one counter where Ronaldo showed how slow he has become.

I will cut some slack to zidane because CR and Benzema are so shite

HT and it was an odd match for us but that one play where Ronaldo remembered he can do one touch passes and Kovacic with a very good finish (and run too) gave us a lead. La Real is definitely moving the ball better than us but only they can tell you why they aren't doing much with it.

Also, when I thought Danilo is having (finally) a quiet, normal match, he slips on his own shadow that led to a play that almost gave Juanpi an equaliser.

Ronaldo has spent more time shaking his head at the fans than actually concentrating on the game. Kroos is doing his pressing job, his attacking job and his defending job. At least Benzema is running this game even if he is on pass-only mode. He's had at least 2 shooting opportunities he has ignored because he prefers to make the wrong choice which is to try and pass to a teammate surrounded by 3 LaReal players. Oh and that pass/shot Ronaldo did say no more

Kovacic is a wonderful talent
