Gone are the days where our bench could beat Roma. I expected this.

Our back up full backs are basically Chiellini's offensively, but defensively they suck too nowadays, and Benatia looks lost.

Hardly shocking losing to this Roma side with Sturaro, Lemina, Asamoah, Benatia and Lichtsteiner on. We have a cup final to aim for on Wednesday.

Meh. We'll wrap up the double by next weekend and onto the treble clincher on June 3

Important we lose games like this just to erase the complacency imo

Its ok. Fair play to Roma. Beating Lazio is more important.

It would be amazing if Crotone (our next league game) are the team to knock us out of the title after 5 years.

This game illustrates a few things

1) Selling Alex Sandro would be retarded.

2) We need better full backs off of the bench. Our 2nd choice LB and RB offer nothing in either the offensive or defensive phase of the game. Awful. Consistently awful against any team these days.

3) Whilst we're doing an excellent job with what we have on the wings now, it's painstakingly obvious by next season our 4-2-3-1 will be 100% figured out and our 6'2 30 year old Striker and imo a wing back too inept to be consistent as a winger will be done for. We need to invest heavily on the wings, and what's left needs to rebuild our bench.

I'm quite sure all of Banti's stupidity today will be forgotten the next time when we get a controversial decision only to follow-up by weeks of rant Very Happy

We didn't really deserve much from today's game though. Had our chances, should have buried them

2) Spinazzola + Conti/De Sciglio to replace Licht and Asamoah. That can be fixed easily.

3) That's the real issue. It looks like we wont be getting Alexis or Bernardeschi (my favorites). They'll have to see who to bring.

Plus a midfielder better than the two mezzalas we played today. If Bentancur is ready then him, but probably not and we'll need someone better.

A win I dared not expect. I do like it when this team proved me wrong. That said, this is merely symbolic. It was a weaker Juve squad and this was more a point of pride as well as keeping 2nd. We needed this more than Juve, who will just end up sealing the title elsewhere.

But we are tanking because we don' t want The EL 6th place that ruins you te next season . Laughing

6th place = Yo're forced to begin the athletic training at the beginning of June due to useless play off against some Iceland / Serbian / Irish team.
Moreover next season even the 4th place gives you the CL, so it's better to play the league on best conditions. We'll be better with no cups.

Seriously there is people that is still watching Inter matches after The derby ? rofl

We are losing on purpose.

It's sad that it's going to be us to send Crotone to Serie B next weekend after the run they've had recently. It'll be even more surprising if they get a victory in Torino.

We thoroughly deserved this loss today. I think after the first half at 1-1, Allegri was content. A draw would've done. Roma is a tough team to play, especially away, and they really want that second place finish to avoid what happened to them this season.

Also, I trust Napoli more in the third spot than I do Roma.

I never wanna see Lichtsteiner play in another game with a Juve shirt ever again. Same goes with Sturaro. Utter scrubs. They couldn't even start for Crotone.

Alex Sandro can never be sold. He is the best left back in the world. We will see a different Juve on Wednesday when Chiellini, Sandro, Alves, Dybala and Marchisio are playing from the first minute.

Andrea Conti is a must. And so is Tolisso and a true winger. If we can't pry Bernardeschi from Fiorentina then Keita Balde will suffice. We are getting $108 million for playing in the CL final. I hope Marotta spends every penny.

Tolisso & Bernardeschi... been calling these 2 moves for months...

Bernar is the perfect replacement for LM Mandzukic. Will compensate for the croatian's unreal stamina with his superior technique, vision and sense of play. I won't repeat myself about Tolisso but these 2 players alone would make a good mercato for me. Everything else is just bonus.

Next year we have 2 rb + Barzagli under contract, i don't think you'll see Conti wearing a Juventus jersey next year. It's a good move for the performance on the field but on a financial point of view it doesn't make much sense. Way better than dead wood De Sciglio anyway so let's hope our managers keep an eye on him for summer 2018.

pls Crotone right now is tougher than about 16 of the Serie A teams. 7 games unbeaten and with 5 wins. In this run Crotone stopped Inter, Torino, Sampdoria, Milan and Udinese.

Its the best run to avoid relegation in recent memory. They have more points in their current 7 game run (17) than they do in the previous 29 games (14)!

The Serie A form table looks like this

16 Napoli
14 Crotone
13 Roma
12 Sassuolo
11 Juve
(... then at 19th place)
1 Inter

tbh last year Inter spent 0 euro ( Kondogbia bid was deleted from Kovacic money ) and we got 4th , Milan spent 100 mln but no cups yet no did comparisons based on this .. Probably because Mancini is hateful , while Montella likes even if he didn't do really better than Sinisa.
I don't even want the 6th place, I know just that it's the worst season seen from me as fan by far and that's enough . Who cares of Milan or others . It will be very difficult to get worse next year, restarting without cups it's the best thing .Atm it'd be only a bother to play also in Europe League for us.
