They saying they rushed him back n played too soon, n it looks like a hamstring strain, but it could be serious or not with him who knows. If hes out again long term this time I think his career is basically gone...

Somehow, I find it hard to believe that the physio team is responsible, at least not entirely. That's too convenient of a reason. Are there other players on the team that have been struggling with fitness anywhere near as much as Ousmane has?

Like with Eden Hazard, he's had his fair share of poor habits off the field. From what I recall, he only spent a single season at Dortmund. That's a relatively small sample for this kind of comparison. He should've stepped up his professionalism when he was expected to become a key player for Barca, but he stayed up late and ate junk food instead. It's definitely in Barca's best interest to keep him fit and healthy, and I would assume his injury woes are either a result of his poor habits catching up to him/still being practised, or he simply has a fragile physiology.

Remember he is a "Bag of Talent" and supposed to bring us glory WHEN he is on the pitch. So, its management's fault now that they cant keep this multi talent fit for a good single season, sad.

Dembele was never fat or unfit.  He's always been in peak physical shape.

That's not his problem.

The problem is that he had a major surgery, like Varane as an example, very early in his Barca career (2 months in)... where he tore his hamstring completely and needed surgery to repair that.  Not pulled, torn to the point where it needed to be surgically re-attached (Varane had the same thing).  He was rushed back from that and that's where his body compensated, which became chronic (Varane was rushed too).  It's just a misalignment of the lower extremities from the hip down.

In Varane's case, he's been able to mostly manage it where he can play quite a bit, although he has to miss a ton of games every season for... hamstring and knee issues.  Dembele hasn't been able to manage it like Varane.  Regardless, it's not a medical issue that can be healed.  You're just prone to injury if you stress the misaligned section of your body.

Watch both Varane and Dembele walk normally.  You can actually see that it's herky-jerky.

I don't see the similarities. The speculations regarding Ødegaard was pure tabloid gossip regarding his supposed arrogance, poor training ethic and whatnot. It still baffles me that a lot of our RM section just took their word for it without bothering to make some effort to confirm whether or not there was any truth to it. Several of his  former team mates and coaches have specifically pointed to his work ethic in training as a positive quality. There are interviews on Youtube to confirm that. I get that most people won't bother to confirm these things, but then they shouldn't point to gossip as facts either.

In the case of Hazard and Dembele, they've both admitted to enjoying the hedonistic life style, and there's footage to prove that they, at the very least, went through their respective periods of unprofessionalism. I'm not claiming to read minds or know what the reason behind Dembele's injury woes is, but it sounds awfully convenient to me that the blame rests solely on the club physios.

Mentally and physically as frail. He's the worst signing Barca has ever had, directly responsible of one UCL titulero and never fit when needed.

I did. I also watched interviews from his team mates, coaches and the people around him who highlighted his poor habits and tendencies to be unprofessional. He's clearly not fat, but the people around him also paint a picture of someone who isn't always a model professional.

My only point here is that it seems unlikely that all of the blame for his injury woes can be traced back to his physios. That's not me saying that the physios don't have anything to do with it, but when it comes to performance issues, it's seldom so conveniently easy to find the primary source of the issue that we can just point out one guy who may or may not be involved in it.

Read pretty scary reading it from a normal average person like myself Things athletes do to push their bodies to the max to do what they do... if thats true though it means his career will bound to be like this n wont be able to sustainable to play for long periods, which makes him not a key part of a team or a reliable one, just one who will be in n out of the side all the time... its really bad to know n for Dembele's POV thats difficult when u get so long to get back but re-injure again, its hard to keep motivated? For us its a bad return on investment. For the season it really is a big blow to our top 4 chances...
