No it's because the elite teams in the PL have players such as Henderson, Fernandinho, Wanyama and Xhakha protecting their back 4s.

Yeah I think anyone who has watched Wanyama and the way he just walked into Spurs starting XI and was brilliant all last season can see his impact on the team.
