On the 16th attempt, Cech has finally saved a penalty for Arsenal.

So far Arsenal are coming out on top in the Sanchez swap deal

Mkhi performing (against scrubs) don't think he's a big game player though. Never gave that impression for Utd. Unless you count EL games.

Mkhi's general play has been pretty poor since arriving but his end product is excellent. He's a surprisingly good tackler as well.

He's benefiting from that Auba link-up as well. Laid on two his of his Arsenal goals and Auba set him up today.

Mkhi will get better when he gains confidence. He can be a brilliant attacking player.

Should be 2-0 down, but Bournemouth screwed up their first chance, which was a great breakaway. Spurs look lost.

Spurs are an incredibly inconsistent team. Been that way for years. Wouldn't doubt Arsenal or Chelsea to pip them to fourth.

Chelsea maybe but not Arsenal. They are done for the league season. EL is all they should care about.

Most likely, however we always count out Wenger and and he puts on a masterclass. It would completely like Spurs to somehow find a way to finish below the worst Arsenal in decades.

"Spurs are inconsistent"

--> Win 4-1 against Bournemouth, unbeaten in the last 12 games (9 wins, 3 draws including games against United, Liverpool, and Arsenal)

Rochdale took them to a replay recently ffs.

Two goals in the last 3 minutes against Bournemouth, let's not pretend it was easy work

In the EPL, which is what we're talking about lol

And you know as well as I do that's Spurs being GoodGuySpurs and letting smaller teams have their big day out. Why else would Newport county and Rochdale get games at Wembley this year? Laughing pls

Since that December/January lull Spurs have been anything but inconsistent in the EPL

Kane's actually hit a bit of a rough spell dating back around a month or so now. He's been scoring but on a pretty bad conversion rate. His finishing has been off recently.

With that being said his overall play has still been good.

Hope he's alright, luckily Spurs don't have another EPL game for 3 weeks I think

When was the last time an Eastern European player was succesful in the league?

Shevchenko, Arshavin, Tosic, Ljanic, Jovanovic, Zhirkov, Jelavic, Jovetic, Savic, Pavlyuchenko all of them couldn't make a proper name for themselves.

Bulgaria does well mostly with the Berbagod and the petrovs. Modric and Cech were great as well.

Removing midtable teams and just looking at the top 6-7 teams, I can barely find any Eastern European players lighting up the league. (inb4earlysignsofBrexit)

Also quite sure im forgetting some players lol
