You think I'm not hoping to sign a WC midfielder? Of course I am. Griezmann's arrival is inevitable though because our board loves big striker signings and Griezmann is willing to join + has a release clause. Messi has nothing to do with it, that was my point.

We are linked with a Thiago comeback though and reports say Valverde would strongly approve of the transfer. I think that'd be a good move towards a stronger midfield set up for us, right?

We also have Arthur Melo coming from Brazil, apparently he's huge there so we can hope he'll come around good.

I think we'll have the funds to do Griezmann+Thiago this summer since Iniesta left and a bunch of players like Alcacer, Vidal, Gomes and Cilessen are on their way out.
