But he does have a really nice stroke on his jumper. Good shooter, and incredible shot blocker. He'll take a couple years to fill out tbh but he'll be a great 5

I'm not sure he'll ever develop any sort of post play from what I saw of him in college, but if he can shoot from three and dunk, while being a force on the defensive end, he'll be a really valuable player.

Of course this is just one game, I just wanted to give my thoughts on JJJ in general. He'll be really good.

With the Warriors landing DeMarcus Cousins, where does Dwight Howard end up? It's worth noting that the Pelicans and Wizards have shown interest in Howard, as @sam_amick mentioned on The HoopsHype Podcast. Dwight still needs to finalize his buyout from the Nets.

Kings playing their actual team in summer league is incredible

Well, only thing it will result in is a huge lockout next time they're up for negatiations KD is going to get absolutely killed by the union for undermining their work on his behalf.

It won't have salary cap implications though. It's just a 1 year rehab contract where Cousins has to get ready for playoffs and get a free ring. Don't know how healthy he'll be. This injury killed my Kobe

Has there ever been a big man coming back from that injury though?

Elton Brand, Varejao, Mehmet Okur are the only three I could find.

Elton Brand was very athletic, might be why it hindered him so much. He was a 20/10 player on the regular, and hadd 13/8 after and never really had a good season again.

Varejao had every injury known to man, and other species, so it's hard to use him for any comparison.

Mehmet Okur was a good player who never recovered and was out of the league right after.

Does Boogie have the work ethic to lose weight and recover? Think he's too heavy atm to not hurt his achilles again.

All of them were older and Boogie has always relied more on his strength and skill than anything else anyway.

Could see Boogie collecting his ring this season and signing long term with some shit box team like the Raptors or Clippers and not caring much at that point but winning does have a way of changing people so lets see.
