This is not good for Inter.

If you think about it, for the Ronaldo transfer, Mendes did EVRYTHING. He had a deal agreed, contract ready, transfer ready. It was all set unlike this Modric thing. I think it would be much harder for Modric to leave considering he can easily double his wages, he is on some cheap contract lol.

I know it doesn't matter in the slightest but I have such fond memories of Vidal at Juventus that it would be sad to see him with Inter

Vidal and Nainggolan in one midfield is a scary thought, imagine them with a Pjanic/Jorginho type between them, uff

Dont know about them letting Modric go for free or not but if Nick is confident that Modric wont leave , then this spells danger for Madrid Neutral

In Modric's case, he came out to deny those rumors. Modric is not going anywhere, thank god.

Whether Modric stays or goes I am fine with it because of all that he did for us. It's hard for me to be mad about it. If Modric truly asks to leave and not even a new contract can convince him then so be it lol

I have no agenda. But you have to appreciate that players are people, and after winning so much, maybe a change to close their career would be nice. It's their decision, and i am not gonna be mad if they decide to go

If they decide to go? Sure. But so far, there's absolutely no proof suggesting they are unhappy or looking for a change of scenery.

Let's hope they don't because we've lost enough already.

This is a quote from the assistance director of Marca, Carlos Carpio: "Luka Modric has been one of the most important figures in Real madrid and is going to fight for the golden ball. Bale makes twice as much as he does, not being as important. Modric's agents believe that the time has come for his last important contract, with Madrid or not.
