Pellegrini is great. The question is starting Sensi there since as Robes said he got wrecked by a season ending injury in the winter.

Verratti, Jorginho and Tonali are absent in midfield for this match. Still Locatelli would have been the natural choice imo. The other midfield choice was Pellegrini vs Zaniolo. Pellegrini today means Zaniolo will likely start vs The Netherlands since Mancini is rotating. Its a really nice midfield to have since even Castrovilli is not there. A very technical young group.

I fell asleep during Norway vs Austria. Lagerback is the Swedish Mourinho. Haaland managing to score despite having the least touches out of anyone on the pitch is a miracle. Looks like the negative football will continue for a while.

Totally. The pair of fullbacks yesterday needs to be replaced ASAP by Di Lorenzo and Spinazzola. Maybe those two will play the next match.
