This is accurate. There are a bunch of non-football journalists who are saying that Guardiola to Juve is basically done, while the more traditional football journalists are convinced that Guardiola won't come, to the point that the ones from Tuttosport were furious with their director for publishing two days ago an article about Guardiola coming to Juve with the help of Adidas. And now they are attacking each other and having arguments on twitter. I think it all started with that idiot, Caressa, who said Sunday on Sky that people should listen to "serious journalists" like Di Marzio and not to web bloggers. There's also another moron, Zazzaroni, who said that someone will go to prison for aggiotaggio (insider trading) because Juve shares have ended Friday 5.1% up when the whole market was down.

Sarri didn't play 4-3-3 before, he became famous with his 4-3-1-2 at Empoli. Everything is on the table except a back 3 imo

You could argue the differences between 4-3-3 and 4-3-1-2 are minimal.

You could not. The interpretations were totally different. Saponara behind Pucciarelli and Maccarone were a totally traditional 4-3-1-2 with no width offered by the front 3. Nothing like the setups he used at Napoli with Callejon as a out and out winger and the mezzalas coming inside instead of out.

Matuidi and Can in midfield is woeful. Jjuve need to bid for Pogba/Ndombele ASAP.

There is noise today about Rabiot coming. Should mean Khedira/Matuidi out hopefully.

Defence is more or less the same, midfield plays in a similar way. Hazard played as an inside forward, similar to Insigne, with only Willian playing wide.

So the difference really is the position Willian is taking up, as a wide man not an attacking midfielder and Hazard taking up some of the space made by a lack of an AM. I'd say that is minimal.
