Thats Lone Wolf And Cub. Its New/Shin Lone Wolf And Cub which I'm looking for.

Tried to get into it a few times over the years (as recently as this summer) but the art isn't for me. Same for Ashita no Joe.

stardust crusaders is dragging way too long. Introducing yet more stands was a poor decision. Have about 15 eps left and i really want to skip in between

last stretch is worth it tbh, should be hitting it very soon at least

I am on the last stretch now. This is definitely filler man. Each ep having 2 parts just delay it. Some stands are quite fun like D'Arby the gambler. But i have no interest in pet fights ffs

Finished it. Bit of a disappointing final fight tbh. Dio's stand was underwhelming.

Part 3 is fairly meh since it's the creator experimenting with the new stand system but the final fight is one of the GOAT things in the franchise ffs

stands can get much more creative later, especially from part 5 onwards but ZA WARUDO is iconic ffs

Would have been better if it didn't have 20 false finishes.

Insane hype for Attack On Titan. I think its the most popular anime since Death Note. People who never watched anime has at least heard about it.

I think some manga readers here said its gonna be disappointing? Really hope not. On the contrary, almost all manga readers I've seen online are saying the season gonna get even better.

Yea i have heard the same that it's going to be an insane finish and there are even more twists to come.

man i am planning on binging it once it's done but there will be more spoilers than ever judging by how popular it has become. it was the no 1 trend few days ago in the UK ffs

21 eps into diamond is unbreakable and it's....just okay? Jotaro and Rohan (manga artist) are usually the best part and they are recurring

making my stardust crusaders rating go high with each ep tbh. Boys were far more entertaining.

I love the slice of life aspect mixed in with the action in Part 4, the town felt alive, but I can't say I was in love with any of the characters, did really like the villain, Rohan and Josuke

for me its a much better part overall but I prefer the CRUSADERS

Yea that's it. It's very very slice of life.

Think the mangaka wanted to do something completely different in this part. I like Josuke a lot but he often gets overshadowed by other characters.

Koichi is awful imo. Shite stand too

LMFAO I almost spat out of my coffee when I read that.

Dio controlling time was a GOAT scene how can you complain about that ffs.

I was just expecting a lot more after watching 40 eps of stand of the week. Not that it was bad or anything.


Anyways, kira is unreal. Great villain. Since the events of Shigechi and Kira....this part is finally delivering. Amazing episodes.

How are you watching this now, RG? I’m not even a regular anime watcher, and I’ve watched the entire series. The first season was my favorite, largely because I enjoyed the setting and how focused it was. I like the following seasons as well, but they become less focused, and in my opinion, less original or distinctive.

the first season is literally a Hokuto no Ken clone and JoJo doesn't find its identity until the subsequent seasons (with stands)

there's nothing like JJBA, it became iconic

I think the series is largely mediocre, but part 7 is a masterpiece (and sadly looking like an outlier IMO, Not a huge fan of Part 8 thus far)

7 = one of the top 5 action manga I've ever read
4 = great
2 = very good
3 = goes on too long, villain of the week gets tiring, last stretch is iconic and some of the best stuff in the series
5 = eh, good action, stands start getting REALLY creative here, which is great, cast are pretty good, but it's just battle after battle, step down after 4 IMO
6 = pretty bad, almost killed the series in Japan
1 = fairly generic for its time, some decent action

8 = TBD

Part two was my favorite. I don't think any other Jojo MC has lived up to Joseph since. Maybe I'm forgetting because it's been a few years, but part two didn't have the repetitive villain of the week formula that the subsequent iterations have.

All I remember is Joseph being wildly entertaining, and there being regular cliffhangers that had you on the edge of your seat, which made it an easy binge. The following seasons have the new weekly stand users, with a final boss at the end, and it's practically battle after battle. Stardust Crusaders was my second favorite, and then the third might be the Italian one just because I cared about the cast more than Koichi and co.

I don't really read manga so I'm not sure how good the upcoming series are. I'll wait and see then.

I always avoided it because I was never interested into that type of anime. It was too OTT from everything i read and saw. But it was also something i wanted to watch at some point in my life. I nearly dropped it after 4 eps but thankfully i knew what i was getting into so i continued.

Glad i started it though as it really is unique

Same for me. 2nd part is my fav so far and Joseph is comfortably the best Jojo as of yet. In all 3 iterations he stands out (even in part 4 lol). Part 2 had some great(prob best) characters.

Growing really fond of Jotaro though (think he is better in this part than crusaders). Josuke is great but as a MC he often gets overshadowed

One Piece Chapter 1000 is out and it was sooo damn good.

Nothing will beat the world of OP.

The last 10 eps were incredible. What an ending ffs.

Definitely the best antagonist so far out of anyone. Amazing villain. The last 10 eps definitely made up for the underwhelming middle part.

Probably on par with stardust crusaders overall.
