It should've taken place after Breaking Bad imo. That way they could've shown Saul being nostalgic about the epic bullshit he went through when Walt was his client.

Or is he gonna die now? o.o

I hope Saul doesn't die FFS. But yeah they confirmed it's a possibility because 'Better Call Saul' is a prequel. But it's all speculation so far.

Plus, if it was a sequel then we could still see more of Huell

Next episode will be insane. All the writers have said it will be.

It should set up the events for the last two episodes.

I can't see Hank and Gomez both dying, otherwise there would be no point for the rest of the show. One has to be alive. Gomez will die.

Yh like I said if they were planning on killing one of the main characters (Hank) in this shootout It would have made way more sense to kill him off at the end of a show rather than at the beggining of the next.

Gomez will probably die, driving Hank into full on rage mode.

I can't see Hank picking up and major injury again either. So he'll probably be fine for now.

come on, Hank's definitely done. No way he can survive this. It would set it up perfectly for the final couple of episodes, too.

I think Marie will end up taking this stuff to the cops, Skyler will leave Walt and corroborate the details, thinking he had Hank killed. Leaving Walt on the run like we see.

This isn't GTA. Hank isn't getting out of that shootout alive.

Walt Jr will get the money in the finale and start his own meth/slash breakfast empire

Also a Saul prequel is good, because hopefully we see Mike the GOAT.

What if Hank/Gomez run out of bullets and the other side say something like, 'you've ran out of bullets, so hand yourselves in' etc.

I can't see them passing up an opportunity to kill a main character (Pretty much the main 'good guy') at the end of an episode, and then killing him off at the start of the next. That goes against everything i've ever watched.

Gomez looks to be going, and story wise it makes so much more sense to have Hank extremely motivated to aveng Gomez's death, rather than having Hank killed off and ending the entire show with a bunch of pit part players (The neo-Nazi mob)

Hank Walter and Jesse will probably end the show. Not those guys + Walt + Jesse (Who wouldn't realistically give a shit about any other person but Walt)

The story is about Walt's rise and fall, not Hank bringing Walt down. I don't see him behind bars by the end of this, and Hank won't kill him. Hank pls go.

I don't think they know that Hank and Gomez are DEA. They told them to show their badges, but they didn't have them or something.

I think it's extremely likely that they'll find a way to keep Hank in it. I bet something will happen that none of us see coming. Somebody from the outside interrupting the shootout.

If Hank was meant to die in that shootout, it would've happened at the end of the show.

Hank will be shot and start crawling for cover, come across a rare rock that he wanted for his collection and die with a smile on his face.

P.S if something else happens like him dying later on or Walt Killing him amidst this gun fight then that cancells out the bet.

I don't see hank getting shot again tbh, as it already happened in another season and he's walt's main adversary. I as well immediately thought Gomie would be the casualty in the shootout.

Yeah, from my point of view it looks like Hanks best friend gets killed. Hank goes on a destructive warpath for the final 3 eps.

Otherwise you have Walt just basically going against an emotional wreck in Jesse.

I think it'll be a 3 way ending. Somewhere inbetween the Neo-Nazis will be taken out.

Why does it matter if he dies at the beginning of an episode as opposed to the end?

I'm actually just enjoying the ride and know that the last couple of episodes will be a real war. I'm not sure what is going to happen with this shootout scenario, however it would be a real let down if no one is killed. I'd like to see a scenario where Hank is murdered and Walt sets out to avenge him. Walt never meant to get anyone in the family involved and it was clear as day that he didn't want Todd's uncle attacking Hank.

Well most times if a main character dies in a tv show it leads up to the end of the programme and they get killed in some sort of epic conclusion in the end. I really don't remember the last time a main character died at the first segment of a tv programme.

I don't remember the last time a main character (Or more specifically, one of THE main characters) died in the first part of an episode.

And obviously the gun fight will be concluded fairly quickly.

Not saying he won't die later on. But because of how it's been organised, I find it unlikely the main guy on the good side will be killed like that.

Re Hank dying: I don't think it's as unbelievable as people are making out to be. They're outnumbered and outgunned, so something really special needs to happen for Hank OR Gomez to survive that.

It doesn't have to be Hank who kills Walt, Jesse should have the honour
