I expect a lot of nominations with some obvious ones:

I will personally name Olympique Lyonnais:

Players out:

Miralem Pjanic for 10 millions €: He was our best attacking miedfiled and was looking very good at the beginning of this season. His sale have no sport motives nor financial one. He had relatively low wages, had not created any problems and was loyal to the club before being pushed out.

Jeremy Toulalan for 11 millions € : He was a pillar of the club, loyal as well, had signed a 5 year extension a few month before and had led us to our last trophies won. Pushed out as well by the president.

Cesar Delgado for free: Was one of our best player when fit

Players in:

Bakary Koné for 2.5 millions: Has never player a ligue 1 match, was playing mainly in third division during his career. Yet he looks like a decent signing for the moment. Not a world beater but a decent signing.

Diabo for 1 millions, signed from some spanish clubs where he flopped hard, he is a very average player who has been signed as a back up

Fofana for X millions: Biggest disappointment, we were chasing a much better replacement of Toulalan and now we are with a youngster that has no experience and with a style that I don't like. He will be our second choice after Gonalons.

3 very good and confirmed players out for unknowns, cheap, inexperienced, average or decent signing. Very disappointing. And all the players that the club consider as deadweight, Mensah and Ederson leading, are still there.

Gueida Fofana is a fantastic player... i love him, not just like him. He has all the tools to become a WC player. I don't know how you can not like this signing.

We were after NDinga really hard and now we end up with this? Very bad. Maybe he will be good in a few years but for the moment he is just a bad back up.

You have to keep in mind that Lyon is throwing in the towel for the next 2-3 years and gearing up once some of the bad contracts come off the books.

Lyon just wants to do enough to make CL, not really win anything from what i can tell.

You say that we are throwing the towel and you want me to be happy with that? It looks like you agree we had a disastrous mercato.

For this year, yes. For the future, i think Lyon will be ok.

this term i think madrid did alright..

the past eh not so much but we all know this.

in: sahin coentrao altintop callejon varane
out: gago drenthe leon garay canales(coming back though)

but on topic i think you make a good point for OL not having a great summer, but to be honest i just think that is comparatively because imo all of the top european clubs strenghtened their squads tenfold

I know, I did a thread on Arsenal section just minutes ago. I wish you would have bought him.
