Im always wary of this team since that 4-3 we got at the calderon in 08/09. When they had Aguero, I feared them more than Real Madrid

I don't see Falcao being able to do what Aguero did to us

Falcao can do damage though. I could see them draw against you or win if your bad form continues

Well, I still don't think you are playing at your 100%. Whatever, I still think Atletico could get somewhere

Valencia should have been 3-1 or 4-1 up at half time, but I guess that is football.

Khaled don't bother. They are just pissed off that their team is shooting blanks with weak teams. That is why they cant wait something to happen and be all over our section trying to hide their disappointment by attacking our team

4-3-3. We were struggling against Valencia with 3 defenders. We can't take any risk now, we need to win this next game because if we don't then Madrid go on top of us (assuming they beat a promoted team, which I hope they don't).

Re: 24/09 Barcelona vs. Atletico Madrid (Matchday 5)
When i saw some highlights, it strike me that we scored the goals only when we played 3-4-3.
Let me explain (perhaps I am wrong). We scored only after Thiago got in for Puyol. And i think for some time we were playing 3-4-3 or even 3-3-4 with Messi, Villa, Cesc and Adriano up front.
So it seams to me we did not score with 4-3-3, we were just more comfortable in defense.
The reason why 3-4-3 (or a kind of 3-3-4 on attack) worked was, because Valencia could not press for 90 min.
Perhaps this is the way to play bigger teams. Use 4-3-3 to tire them from pressing, while keeping the ball and having a better defense which also allows to attack more comfortably, and attack last 30 min with 3-4-3. What do you think?

Re: 24/09 Barcelona vs. Atletico Madrid (Matchday 5)
If we play 3-4-3 again they'll rip us apart with players like Reyes, Filipe and Juanfran. They aren't as good wide as Valencia, but its still a risky move.
4-3-3 please. The experiment is over.
Valdes, Alves, Masch, Puyol, Adriano, Busquets, Xavi, Thiago, Messi, Cesc/Pedro, Villa.
