really? took me like 5 minutes to cure it, I was in the 4th stage btw. I guess if you cure the vampirism you cant go back in that state again? Anyway its easy to cure it in Skyrim but was a bit bitch in Oblivion, but that game sucked anyway.

Thieves Guild quest is sooooooooooooo exciting !

I have lost both the 'Stray Dog' and 'Erik the Slayer' companions due to glitches.

Erik was told to go home when my follower was automatically switched to a Companions member during a Companions quest, and now I cannot find him anywhere. I've heard he gets 'stuck' sometimes on his way back to Rorikstead, but I've searched for him all along the road in the space between Whiterun and Rorikstead and he is nowhere to be found. I don't know if he died or just ceased to exist, which sucks because he was carrying dragonbone armour!

As for Stray Dog: I entered my house with the dog and he entered with me. Then, I left the house and he didn't leave with me. When I reentered to find him, he was nowhere to be found, and yet whenever I try to get 'Vigilance' to follow me now, the game says I already have a dog with me even though I don't, so I can never get a dog to follow me anymore

Coincidentally, these both happened right after I downloaded the latest update...

No hate, it's an amazing game

But maaaaannnnnnnn i'm getting bored of this game. There is literally TOO MUCH to do! I never would of thought that'd be a problem for me in a video game

I like how factions like Companions, thieving guild etc, treat you like shit despite being theyre leader lol

Wow that must suck.

The only quest I can't do is " a night to remember" and I wont black out after the drinks.

i was doing the first formal quest you get from the theives guild where you have to clearout that safe and then set fire to three bee hives. anyway id cleared out the safe adn then when i went to light the hives a dragon came down and breathed fire and set all the bee hives on fire, because of that i got no reward for the mission

all round though this game is amazing, i got it yesterday and so far ive only done bits of the main quest, theives guild, dark brotherhod and a few side quests but you can tell its going to be great, although i feel like theyve made achery alot harder then it was on oblivion

alright i need some help here, ive killed four dragons now and ive collected all the hide and bones from their bodies but they weigh too much and i dont want to sell them so i need to store them somehwere

so what ive done is married the girl who lives in the riverwood general trader and then put all the dragon stuff in our home (which is the upstaris part of the riverwood general trader) i figure it should be safe there because its in a chest at the end of a bed which i can sleep in

can anyone confirm that this is a safe storage place?

Yep it is safe. Homes are supposed to be storage houses (and if you got money, they include a craft/alchemy/enchantment table)

dragon bones & scales are pretty pointless tbh, don't even bother collecting them before your smithing is way up... by the time i got the dragon smithing perk i had something like 70 of each, and anyway daedric armor, which you can get sooner, is lighter, has better stats and looks infinitely more badass

i bought a home in whiterun anyway now so its all good

anyway whats the go with this "letter from a friend" whoch keeps telling you where to go to find word walls, ive done the first two only and theyve been really dangerous, the first one took ages becuase i kept running into creatures/groups of necromancers i couldnt kill so i had to take alternate routes, and the second one was that hard that for the last two creatires (the death over lord and the thing that jumps out of the coffin after you get the word) i had to run from them because i couldnt kill them

To be fair, Daedric armour is only heavy armour. Dragonscale is necessary if you are a light character and want good protection. Also, finding Daedra hearts is more difficult than finding dragons. But, you are correct in that it is the best armour in the game.

Also, I currently have 50 dragon bones just sitting in my house because frankly you get far too many of them as the game progresses. You only need around 5-6 to make a set of dragonbone armour anyway, yet you need about 10 scales regardless of what set you're making, and almost all armour improvements can only be done with scales. Dragonbones are just a waste of space

I still don't know who the "friend" ends up being, but if you need help staying alive, I would suggest leveling up your restoration a little bit and buying the 'Fast Healing' spell tome. Even if you're not a mage, this spell is one of the most useful skills you can have for the first 30 levels of the game IMO, and it requires very little magic skill to use.

This is prolly the Best RPG game of all time
