heres just a wildy and whacky Idea but what if we brought in Guus as our DoF/manager advisor and Hire Zola and Terry to be joint managers.

Terry is our captain and no doubt knows how to get us ready for games and he is also a great leader.

Zola can act as an assistant a part from game day when he does all the managing from the sideline. Complaining to the fourth official, holding Drogba back as he swears at a camara, Arguing with Luiz. you know, managers stuff.

in all seriousness, I'd welcome this idea as if it fails Guus is always there to help.

Good imagination kick but I doubt Terry's managerial ability. Has another team ever tried this before?

A combination of Hiddink and Zola is very welcome from my side.

What do you think about Mark Hughes? Seems pretty underrated IMO. He's very good with transfers and was successful with the clubs he managed.

Then again, he never had a Win-Per-Game ratio higher than 50% at any club.

Mark Hughs screams Roy 2.0 TBH.

I think with Zola and Guus by his side Terry could do a bang up job, It won't happen though.

I think we need a responsible manager who can create confidence for the young players and still keep winning. Terry is a great leader and a legend. But I think he would be better as a youth team coach or a reserves team coach first. And when a player is managing a team if he gets demoralised for some reason, be it stuff on the pitch or off the pitch, it could heavily affect the team.

There is a positive side as well, with the players being more close with the coach and etc. But I just think that its a very hard task.

Zola is still a manager who is still learning.. he wont be able to cope with the pressure if such a situation arises. I would love to have him as our assistant manager under Hiddink.

Quick question, How busy is a DoF, If Guus wouldn't be too busy in the job He would be able to help our manager out a lot more.
