I think the most important thing what makes Mourinho successful is how he manages to take of the pressure from players and let them enjoy playing football;;

Antonio Conte is too serious for that...perhaps as he gains more confidence. I recall v. Parma he remained stone-faced even after Juventus had put it up 3-0. He only really celebrated when it was 4-0, and that may be because he loves Claudio Marchisio.

But he does do this to some extent; after the big matches, v. AC Milano in particular, he jumped and hugged nearly every player, almost killing Claudio Marchisio and Andrea Pirlo.
