Naw. It has to be the other way round. The 25% team gets the penalty, so that the 75% possession team has to try and do something other than passing the ball between each other, too.

So I was slightly wrong not even possession, but by playing in the opponents area for long periods, you should be awarded a peno.

Does he know he has to be FOULED in the 18 yards to get a penalty? Does he know that opponents area doesnt represent the penalty area?

And most importantly is he aware that "ONLY LOSERES" complain over refereeing? ask Alvez.

PS, Giovinco had a clear cut peno denied, but I did'nt see Parma complain. Pirlo clearly dived, while chiga. contact was a 30:70 peno.

How long to they have to sustain >75% possession to get a penalty?

As good as Conte has been, what he should do is sign a top striker, or improve the team's play in the final third Maybe he should be more patient and strengthen in the summer and aim for the title next season?
