Chelsea dont need either of those as much as they need Joao Mountinho. He would provide the much needed Playmaking that chelsea was missing last season.

Mountinho has played only one year with Porto, i really doubt Porto will sell him, unless we meet his release clause which is very high imo.

I have seen him play a few times, and i was really impresed in the Spain vs Portugal game where he held his own against Xavi and AI.

I would take him for under 20m, anything above that is not a good deal.

Fernando he is freaking awesome so much so that Barcafandani aka Franchise wanted him at Barca instead of Masherano a yr bk imo he should be in the brazil squad.

Buy Fernando and Moutinho would probably cost you at 60M but hey why does spending a bit of cash matter Cool

He won't be a DM, he would be a deep lying playmaker like Xabi Alonso, and Ramires would do well in that position. I think Boas will play Josh a lot this season, this season.
