My city would hire them for kicking pigeons. We hired some 84 year old dude called the "Bird Whisperer" who said he had a secret technique for getting rid of pigeons, his technique was just shooting them with rifles in the middle of downtown. Seemed legit at the time, paid him like a hundred grand to.
