Should be a good game, I think Bayerns defence might hold out well enough to see them through. It will be very close though.

Gotta keep in mind that Pique, Alba and Adriano are on yellows. Considering the state of Barca's back line as it is, any yellow cards in the first leg (very possible imo) to those three could be catastrophic.

Didn't do them a lot of good last season.
Either way, you have to play in both stadiums so as long as Bayern get a good result at home, the tie is winnable.

Gomez for all his faults is a great poacher though. He has a knack of popping up and scoring a goal out of nowhere. Happened to us last year
I don't think it'll affect Bayern's overall pressing too much and Mandzukic will be available for the all important second leg.
Any word on Kroos's injury guys?

Meh, we won the CL with Silvinho and Yaya in the back 4, at this point it hardly matters who plays back there, we going to let in goals either way.

Really think and away 2nd is meaningless at this level.
Sure it matters with smaller teams but with the 4 left it means close to f*ck all if im honest.

Not saying he is bad, hes just not the pressuring force Mandzukic is and doesnt exactly bring clinical finishing to the table as a counter balance.

We had Bosingwa at CB in our Semi's.
It's not the end of the world, over one game. Anything can happen.
