Sell C.Ronaldo thread!

To win big matches or the ones against Farca specifically , you need team players all across the pitch. We need less of Ronaldos and Di Marias, more of the Benz, Higgy, Ozil type players...
Giovanni brought me to a very interesting idea If Man Sh!tty really offers the odd 150 mil € for him, then ship him to England via express delivery and get *bleep* in We will have Benz, *bleep*, Higgy, Ozil and Di Maria! Apart from Di Maria (can be worked on), all the people are team players and step up big time on big occasions.

Why people don't get it? We'll never play beautiful combination football with some individual skills as long as CR7 and Di Maria are starters...

Right on Babun! Lets face it, C.Ronaldo has never really endeared himself to the majority of the Real Madrid faithful, except maybe for school kids. We do not need his goals, goals will come from elsewhere. I have no emotional attachment to him, he is a douchebag. I'm not ungrateful for his contributions to the club since joining, especially the header in the Copa final, but deep down I feel as though we could actually be so much more of an all-round attacking threat without him.

My example being: Look at what a front 3 of Kaka, Benzema and Higuain did to Valencia at the Mestalla. For me, that was the best attacking display I have seen from us this year. When Ronaldo is playing, it has been in the past under Pellegrini and still is with Mou, ALL ABOUT HIM. Sick to death of it. GTFO

Spot on Babun. Ronaldo is useless. He never scores, never creates and is always injured. He doesn't sell any shirts and was the worst purchase in the history of Madrid. He has no talent, can't dribble and can't shoot. Don't even get me started on his free kicks...

As for stepping up on the big stage, if Abate is killing you, you know you're average. Crynaldo was getting owned all over the park. Apart from his lucky free kick where he was aiming for the opposite corner, Crynaldo did nothing.

I think Madrid should buy Bendter. He is much more marketable and is viscous in front of goal. I know he would cost about 60m euro's, but Nicklas would sure be worth it. Have you ever seen him on the big stage? Me neither. So if he has never flopped on the big stage, there is a chance that he never will.

Exactly, I lost count somewhere halfway of how many times Higgy, Benz or Ozil were in open space clear on the goal and CR7/Maria decided to dribble through defenders and shoot from impossible angles. The goal against Farca in the 2nd leg of CL would have counted if CR7 passed prior to crushing into Mascherano... I can bring 1000 of examples how he makes our team one dimensional... It's not like we're in desperate need of him, we can play someone else in his place, the providers are there...

Wow! Bendtner is the next big things. Unfortunatly, our striker slots are full, AC Milan would be a better destination for him If you want, you could buy back Kaka as well to regain your former glory in Europe

For records, I don't deny his talent, it's unquestionable. Two years endured, if he stays next year and carries on with the sh!t, I'd be more than annoyed.

I have to agree. We play a lot better sometimes with no Ronaldo around and if he was to leave then our attack would certainly be more balanced. However it's unlikely he will be sold because Perez will not think that away and Ronaldo makes a lot of money.

Brigate, I'm not saying that he does not contribute, that is ridiculous, he contributes the most. Its about the type of contribution though. Sorry but Milan fans cannot understand just how fussy Real Madrid supporters, we want to be entertained while we win. Perez has miss-interpreted this somewhat, C.Ronaldo is not the type of entertainment we're actually looking for, we want to get back to that slick team football of previous years.

I can understand your sour-ness at seeing some Real Madrid fans berate Ronaldo, because truth is you would probably love to have him in your side. This would be a mistake though, he would come in and take-over. There will be a power struggle in the dressing room and huge fall-outs with your club stalwarts and captains. He has a ridiculous ego problem, he is constantly fighting with respected team-mates like Xabi Alonso. He is in competition with the SUN for the right to be the brightest star in the galaxy.

once ronaldo starts losing his pace and x factor i can see him being shipped off to milan and us buying neymar to replace him. or hopefully sarabia would be our new superstar

No it is not hypothetical. Consult my e.g. of the Valencia game at the Mestalla and tell me that is not some sexy football right there. You're not actually backing up your argument. In the case of C.Ronaldo, he is more of an attacking outlet that is over-used than someone we can actually say we have built our team around. Basically, you pass the ball to him and then he gets on with doing his own thing.

I wouldn't mind to sell him for rumoured 150mil but it will never happen, at least while Perez is here. But what needs to happen though is managers to have balls and say to CR what is wrong in his game and attitude, even if it makes him angry. If someone could manage to change his attitude to more team oriented and less selfish then he would be at least two times better player than he is now. Same thing with Di Maria, more passing, less shooting and dribbling.

In many games, I see Higgy, Benz and Ozil make runs towards the goal but they don't ever receive the return pass. Instead, CR7 and DI Maria dribble their way through or shoot from impossible angles. CR7 does it even more in big games.
He is alos the destination of your passing outlets =dead end most of the time...
