Inside forwards : Bale & Ronaldo
False 9 = Ozil
That team would get bullied. I'd favour West Ham against that.
Yes just like spain gets bullied? the days of destroyer in midfield are over.

And yet still no source for any of the information
Might as well have made it up, which is what they probably did since no source is provided.

Didn't know where to put this but
If you haven't seen some of David Neri's video's, he does joke comparison's between really great players and comparatively average ones.

Crimson wrote:Bale was late to training by 5mins I heard. Another sure sign I think.
In a day and age where most professionals are at the training ground up to an hour early, to be late at all is a pretty big deal imo.

You are right, they did not take it seriously at all. That's why all of their second string players started in the final.

Mundo Deportivo claim Barca were after Bale in 2011 but didn't wish to play the £35m fee Spurs wanted.

So every match Spain has lost is because they did not care? I suppose their loss against Switzerland in the World CUp was also because they did not care. Upsets happen in football so stop making excuses and watch who you call kid. Seeing your posts since you joined, it's easy to see just how mature you are and how much you know about football. I'm done talking with you so bye.

Re: Gareth Bale transfer saga
Tottenham director Sir Keith Mills admits the club cannot keep Gareth Bale at White Hart Lane against his will.
The 24-year-old returned to training with Spurs on Tuesday ahead of his club’s decisive talks with Real Madrid, due to take place in the next 48 hours, over the Welshman's potential world record transfer.
Mills reiterated the club's not-for-sale stance, telling the London Evening Standard: "We very much want Bale to stay."
"If a player is desperate to leave, it’s very difficult to force him to stay. We’ve seen it [at] other clubs. Even if he has a contract, you can’t force somebody to play for you."

Flo Perez: "out of respect for the clubs and the players, i will not discuss anything specifically. But yes, 100 million seems like a lot to me."
So are all the number being thrown out there complete bs?

Well, look at things this way, guardian and independent made a big deal about spurs asking 100 millions pounds yesterday after Perez and Levy met, when in fact, there was no meeting :lol:so you have to wonder where they get their infos lol

Re: Gareth Bale transfer saga
The Telegraph wrote today that Levy refused a second meeting with Perez and that he had doubts about Madrid's cash reserves being large enough to do the deal (refusing an apparent Madrid suggestion of payments being spread out over a six-year period).

Re: Gareth Bale transfer saga
It's not a question of cash reserves... it's NPV. Madrid doesn't want to spend 100 mil today. If they spread 100 mil over 5 payments and assuming a discount rate of 7% for example, the net present value of it is 87.7 mil.
