That could actually work, I mean a False 9 doesn't have to be a goal scoring machine. Messi only scores so much because he's the best 1v1 player of all time.

That's something you'd have to try in pre-season though.

Di Marzio is extremely reliable with things that are either directly or indirectly related to Serie A.

But i have to admit he is very average when it come to anything else. He has been mostly inaccurate or just repeating what is already known in regards to Madrid. I don't really give him any extra credibility there. There are several reporters that are far more connected to Madrid than he is or will ever be.

Madrid are not the reference point of football.Who gives a shit if one or two mistakes happen in regards to Madrid transfers ? And btw he hasnt got anything wrong.I have said before that the prices reported by him are not accurate sometimes.He is only human.You cant be a perfectionist.

Compared to all other journos,he is one of the most reliable football journos around.Period.

I agree he's one of the better ones around and definitely the best for Serie A. But to make him out as infallible and equally as reliable with other leagues is not something i can agree with.

Other than Madrid, he's been inaccurate with reports in regards to Arsenal and PSG, both of which i follow too.

As with every reporter, you have to identify the scope of his work. I'm not dissing Di Marzio... just saying that i feel some people are making him out to be bigger than he is.
