He is decent when used correctly such as today but can be very ineffective against some teams.
If he can keep up that kind of form he'll become our fourth best AM.

Not a massive fan to be honest, he has his moments and was fantastic today but I'd much prefer to have KdB on over him in most cases. Might not have the pace/workrate but is a much smarter player.

Good dribbler and decent shooting, but horrible decision making and overall is pretty much a headless chicken. Hes like a mixture between Reus and Podolski, but without the brains. Hes realistically at best the 4th best AM at Chelsea behind Mata, Oscar, and Hazard, and 8th for Germany, behind Podolski, Reus, Gotze, Ozil, Kroos, Muller, and Draxler. I dont know how Holtbys been doing at Spurs, but if hes been keeping up his Schalke/Mainz form then I rate Holtby possibly higher as well, or around the same level.

Good squad player imo. Don't forget it was only Steau.
However , Mou like this kind of players like Pandev, Milito, Di maria, ... They are useful and would do whatever is asked.
Kevin de Bryune better leave asap , not because he's not talented enough but because Mou is not exactly a fan of '' potential ''. KDB is simply too young and unexperienced to handle the pressure of playing for a guy like Mou. I'd like to be wrong though.

Best Chelsea wide player(Not Winger, but wide player) by far.
Easily in the starting XI, and a key player.
Despite his poor finishing vs Everton(where he was getting the most looks tbf) he has had a good start of the season.

A winger lives on the line. Their entire game is up and down, and looking to set up. That is not really Schurrle's game. He is comfortable cutting in and getting narrow. That allows him to get his shots off, and he was very great doing this in the Bundesliga(although his finishing was terrible). He is a great wide player because while he likes cutting in, he is very effective and going wide. Its two different philosophies to the position. Its like comparing a Valencia to a Zaha.
You can see it with Hazard too. Effective(although not too much so far this season) wide player, not so much a winger.
