Daiane scored on her own net,didnt push up the offside line in the equalizer and missed a penalty shot. She managed to do everything wrong in this game.

But really, just proud of what our people can accomplish when they put their minds to it. I don't think I've ever been more excited at a women's game sans WC Final all the way back in the late 90's.

When Rapinoe came in it seemed like she took a gazillion free kicks/corners and most of them were on the money. and the weak footed cross for the game winner to wambach was sex.

I felt so bad for the U.S.W.N.T. after they received so many horrible calls against them. They pretty much defined what it means to stick it out to the bitter end.

All I can say is that the right team is on a plane home today. The American players as well as their coach never gave up hope of an equalizer and Erika's shameful playacting ironically made that happen and allowed for us to equalize.

Oh and I certainly fancy Amy Rodriguez and Lauren Cheney.
